Great breakfast! We could have made breakfast in our room, but they were serving a wonderful choice of locally-inspired dishes. Request housekeeping, as it is not a daily thing unless you opt-in. The lighting in the room was pretty dim, if you're into nighttime reading, bring a headlamp. Having said this, I'll bet some rooms are better than others. That's part of the charm of Las Palomas - it's historic and each of the casitas are probably different. It was really authentic and I appreciated the small scale and quirkiness. It's only a 10 minute walk from the downtown. Plaza, GOKM, Railyard well within walking distance, and that makes Las Palomas very quiet, too!

Highly recommend for unique historic accommodations, friendly helpful staff, and great amenities like a cook-to-order hot breakfast, lobby snacks, and firewood for our fireplace! We loved our stay, walkable to the historic areas and wonderful restaurants, so no rental car needed.

Las Palomas is charming with adobe rooms connected through outdoor tiled, planted walkways. The breakfast room is decorated with beautiful art and has several discreet spaces if you want to work quietly. Fabulous breakfast. Unfortunately we didn’t get to taste the pies later in the day.

This was our 5th stay at Las Palomas and wont be our last! We love the southwestern “feel” of your rooms , your awesome breakfasts and friendly staff! And all the little extras ( s’mores, ice cream, hot drinks, snacks ) to purchase and board games to play in your comfortable lobby.

Las Palomas was a lovely property. It has B&B vibes, with really friendly staff and delicious freshly prepared breakfast. Our room was really spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and it was nice to have a kitchenette. The location was walkable to the downtown area. We would definitely return!

Excellent breakfast though smaller portion. Lobby area has lots of board games to play. Kids had fun. Room is dated but clean. It even has a small kitchen area where you can cook.

This property was perfect for us. Ten minute walk to pretty much everything you need. Made to order free breakfast and amazingly friendly staff. We will definitely stay at Las Palomas again in the future. We were in room 66 which was a little casita of its own.
