This hotel had its best attributes of price, location, and friendliness. With my companion, I spent four nights here. This will work if you just want to explore the city while staying in a hotel to sleep and get ready. The room was spacious, but there were only the essentials. A balcony in the room, which was a huge plus, was provided for us. Although the bathroom was not as awful as some evaluations here suggested, it was still in need of repair because moisture contaminated the paintballs and the vent fan appeared to be malfunctioning. The absence of WiFi in the room was our main issue, as it was only available in the lobby. Given the importance of wi-fi in this day and age, this would require improvement in the hotel. Because it is a historic structure in Paris, you get what you pay for lodging here. Another opportunity to rest after exploring the city, it is in a fantastic location, with numerous cafes, restaurants, and boulangeries within a 5-minute walk. Additionally, it is close to the metro.

We chose a groundfloor room because we had a little child and found it easier with the stroller to tell how tiny the lift was. So the room was a disabledaccess room, meaning we had a fairly large room as well as a separate toilet and shower room. It was perfect for us. We also had 24 he access to the microwave, so we could easily sterilize bottles for babies. Plenty of sockets available to charge our phones and boil our kettle we brought one with us, the hotel does not provide a 24 hour reception so there was always someone there if we needed anything, which was nice. Very close to the metro and local amenities. Minus points the cot provided was of very poor quality, unusable for any baby. We would never put our baby in such a thing. It appeared to have been brought from a dump site without a mattress inside and surrounded by holes in the netting and burn marks. Breakfast was just a disgrace, completely cold and had to pay extra! On top of the overpriced room, they expect guests to pay extra for cold croissants and bread as well as a cold cup of coffee and juice. The simplest breakfasts, and we paid extra. Luckily, we just agreed to try it one morning, and the next we went out to eat. Dust on the lighting by the bed and the walls.
