Overall, it was mostly fine. Positives: Hot water was fast and wonderful Mostly spotless Mattress was good enough to sleep on There were hangers Toilet did not clog Bathroom was clean, shower was clean Sheets seemed clean Negatives: I had to dig to find contact in order to request code for self entry (the promised email didn't come) Two long hairs in bottom of fridge (leads me to believe it was from whatever rag they used to wipe down the inside of frigde, which doesn't bode well for their cleaning practices) Window shade is not Black-out so bright light from Subway comes through while trying to sleep (we had to try to rig up our own curtain solution using clothes) Not enough outlets in room. One outlet plug in was loose and difficult to keep plugged in. Only one nightstand bedside table.

Good choice for a clean budget friendly place to stay overnight. Older property but clean and well maintained. Room was missing pillows though.

On our way to Yellowstone - quick overnight stay - perfect for our needs. We paid total price of $90 - room had microwave, fridge, clean smell, two beds, clean towels. Our poodles were happy with nearby grass patches (there’s also a dog park 5 minutes away). There’s some missing moulding in the bathroom behind the door and other signs this is an older property that has been under renovation. No staff was no problem for us. It was great for our short night and I would be happy to stay at Mac’s Motel again.

Clean but smelled funky. Old cheap furniture. Good enough for a good sleep. You get what you pay for. Grateful for a decent mattress.

Right on Main St. Subway is your front door, McDonald's is your back window. Considerably quiet. Very bright! Need blackout curtains. Hard to regulate room temp. Pillows were flat, bed wasn't bad, plenty of hot water.

Pro: Inexpensive compared to other options. Clean. Hot shower and thick towels. Con: Right on busy main drag, plenty of road noise. Local police rolled in to talk to what seemed to be long-term residents. Unusual: No staff on site, but phone/text checkin worked fine - no issue.

No human interaction and there was a weird popping noise that kept us up at night. The road noise was so loud we couldn’t sleep. There is no room service if you stay for multiple days. Would not stay there again. We travel to Heber City at least 6 times a year and will choose to stay somewhere else.

Room was ok. Clean, beds on metal fold away frames, mattresses were very thin, pillows even worse. I have arthritis in all my joints and hardly got the shower on. Wash clothes were dirty looking with cleaning rags wrote on them. But the kicker was when we arrived no one was in office, had to text a number to get a code and room number!!!! It never mentioned on hotel.com it was ran remotely, no sign lights on the road, pulled up it looked sketchy, grills, wheel chairs in front of some of the rooms, no parking lights. We were traveling, so I did not look at my email, that stated ran remotely after I reserved and paid for the room was not worth $88!!!!! My cots I slept on for 4 days camping in Yellowstone was more comfortable

I am surprised Hotels.com has this hotel in its options. Very disappointed, especially what they charge to stay there. All hotels I stay at and book through Hotels.com are very comparable but this one I feel I got ripped off. $25 for the night would have been more acceptable but also knowing the price like that, I would have never even considered staying there. Stay away!

Room was pretty gross. Dog hair all over the sheets. Trash randomly throughout. Literally falling apart and huge holes all over. Would never recommend staying here.

We ended up leaving 15 minutes after checking in. The bed had a HUGE stain on the blanket that was obviously not changed. It was a dump. Was very disappointed
