We enjoyed the bars and bar staff. They also have nice, clean rooms with a great courtyard to enjoy in the evening. My only complaint is our TV wouldn’t connect so we weren’t able to use it

The pool and spa were being redone. And they look like they’ll be nice. They were to open the weekend of Memorial Day 2026. The rooms are being updated. Nice gym and a yoga room. There’s continuous security driving around the parking area so it makes that area feel safe. And the staff is exceptionally friendly. I have stayed at very few hotels that actually have this kind of wonderful staff. The bar and restaurant area is very open and bright. Food was amazing for what I was expecting from a hotel.

Convenient location,Clean and served its purpose. The beds were slightly uncomfortable and the bedding was odd however housekeeping seemed to be overwhelmed due to the events taking place in the surrounding areas(Sold out rooms). Overall enjoyed our stay, would consider staying again!

The stay was nice. The pillows were horrible flatter than a pancake. The breakfast buffet was good a fresh. Staff was very friendly. Noise level was always very high throughout most of the night.

We stayed for the Indy 500. A few things...parking should be included in your stay. There was a personal Welcome message on the tv, but it wasn't my name...lol...There was bottled water in the room, but didn't explain if it was complimentary or not. We were there 4 days, and not once was our bedsheets changed. Air unit was very loud, but hotel was quiet. Beds were a bit hard. For a Marriott that recently had a renovation, not quiet up to what you would think. We will choose somewhere else next year.

Went to Indy 500. Pre-Paid 65 for breakfast for two mornings. Hardly any food left first day. 40 min wait second day. Left without even ordering. One waitress and apparently one cook for whole hotel on a race weekend.

The sink was plugged when we arrived at 11 PM, couldn't be fixed until AM. We coaxed it open with a nail file. The noise (music, talking, running) after midnight prompted a call to the main desk. It continued 1/2 hr later, prompting a second call.

Hotel website stated they had a breakfast buffet but it was not available. They were short staffed and it took forever to receive utensils, a menu, and never had Hot coffee. The staff made it known to everyone that they only had one cook and it would be over 45 minutes before you would receive your food. Management needs to do a better job at managing staffing needs when you are running a large hotel.

Arrived on a very busy Saturday to many guests sitting in the lobby with luggage. We were told housekeeping would not release rooms until 4pm. We waited for 1.5 hours from check-in in a line that wrapped through the lobby and out the front doors of the hotel. When we finally got to the desk I was told my room with two queens would still be a while but they could give me a room with one king bed. We were already late for the event we were scheduled to attend so I had to take the downgrade. An okay hotel with a nice location, but due to the inconvenience and absolute horrible management of a very busy day I will only stay here as a last resort. Really, really disappointing. Avoid if possible especially if you have a time constraints that will not allow you to spend your entire evening waiting to check in.

Our room didn’t have a fridge which was a problem because we brought food with us. The shower didn’t work so the maintenance guy had to come to our room and attempt to fix it. It actually fix it he needed to shut the water off and disassemble the unit so we couldn’t use the shower more than 1x before the problem came back. The heat vents rattled every time the heat cycles on which was often. The cook didn’t show up so there was no breakfast option both days and we were charged for it. Overall it was not a good experience. We won’t be back.
