The house and the rooms are simply fantastic. We adored butch and Shirley, who were delightful and pleasant hosts. Butch's funny side and friendly conversation really made us feel at ease and at ease. Our stay was all we could have hoped for thanks to Shirley's attention to detail, delicious breakfasts, and excellent coffee. We were unable to return soon enough. My wife and I wanted to stay that night at the casting crowns concert at the wheeling capitol theater after purchasing tickets. We chose to stay the following day and make a full weekend of it after learning about the castle mansion after discovering and reading about it.

The rooms we stayed in with the heater suite were beautiful and the rest of the house was fine. We really enjoyed our stay here for four nights. And, in the front desk, we got a warm welcome from the manager, butch and Shirley too.

I stayed in a heather suite for the night. The mansion's grounds were stunning and my fiance and I were warmly welcomed by butch and shirley when we arrived. They were wonderful hosts. The accommodations were cozy and intimate, providing an evening of much-needed rest and relaxation. There were many relaxing spots in the heater suite, including the spa tub and sauna. Also delicious was the morning breakfast!.

It was hard to leave this lovely antique home! Not luxurious, but lovely, cozy, and cozy. The mansion is filled with antiques and beautifully finished. The Holly room in our room was their antique room with a beautiful copper bathtub and a unique circular, copper-fitted shower in the bathroom. A very large bathroom. The bedroom itself was a good size and had a very comfy queen bed. The bedding was of good quality, with thick thread count sheets and a lovely quilt. Homemade cakes were served in the evening! Every day's breakfast was homemade, delicious, and special! The host and hostess are extremely helpful and friendly. The hosts go above and beyond to treat their guests.

I had a great experience here. The location was lovely, and the owners were kind and polite. Butch was funny and Shirley was more conservative, so I had no issues. The bathroom at Holly was my favorite feature. In the picture, I wasn't sure if the tub was a reasonable size or ran smaller. Had been lied to before. In actuality, it was perfect. Breakfast was delicious, and the owners were excellent in recommending other places to visit. I intend to return.
