Thank you Mr Joey for your hospitality, and all staff as well . This is pet friendly and was a great deal for being at walking distance to ocean blvd. And broad walk from 7th Ave to the pier at 2nd avenue ior 7th AVE to walk to the next pier or park on oppositive area . Many restaurants on beach area .git free WiFi, free do it yourself larking . Very simple location microwave, small refrigerator, TV , ac the perfect affordable with super friendly staff

The staff is very attentive. This is our second year staying here because of the convenience and we know our way around the main attractions. Just remember that check out is at 10am and they do have it posted. Will go back next year God willing.

Saw some really terrible and recent reviews before coming here so I was nervous. Writing this to say they are completely wrong..I will say it’s definitely very dated and the appliances weren’t pleasing to look at but the room was incredibly clean (no bugs anywhere like others stated) and the staff was UNBELIEVABLY kind and caring. The woman who worked the night we arrived and the tall security guy were so sweet and accommodating! The bed was also incredibly comfortable! I slept amazing! We even added an extra night! It most definitely serves it’s purpose as a clean safe hotel close to the beach!

My room was very clean and comfortable with a full sized refrigerator and a microwave. The staff from Lauren and Vick at the front desk to Vanessa, the housekeeper, were very friendly and helpful, as well as professional

I can say that this place is very good with affordable prices. This place has some nice people, that kind of guy was my friend. I always bring extra towels, sheets, pillowcases, and blankets. The reason I do this is because I like my own things. I filled my ice chest with water and were ready to go. All I need is a place to sleep and shower. I always have my soap. I shouldn't have to pay more for what I need when I only bring the stuff I need.
