Beautiful place in the heart of nature. Very quiet. Kitchenette with gas stove, microwave and refrigerator and freezer, pots and pans, plates, cups, glasses and utensils.

Although the weather was disappointing for a couple of days (rain) during our stay, the resort was still great with helpful staff. It was peaceful and quiet. We especially loved the floating deck where we were able to relax and have some drinks while watching the tide roll in and out in the evenings. Definitely a 10 all the way around!! We can't wait to stay there on our next visit. Mahalo!

Waking up at Paradise Bay Resort felt like stepping into the pages of a well-worn romance novel. Tucked away on the lush windward side of the island, this private hideaway was embraced by the breath taking majestic Ko'olau Mountains. The staff was beyond exceptional!! Honestly Auntie Marissa went above and beyond to help us and our 4 year old feel welcome and comfortable! She gave incredible suggestions on where to visit! To be honest if I was the owner of this resort I would give both her and Uncle Danny and his beautiful voice a promotion, and employees of the year!!! The kindness and warm Aloha we received by them was unmatched by any where else on the island of Oahu!! I would honestly give 20 stars if that was an option!!! The Captain and Deck hand were both incredible and knowledgeable about the island they also gave us a warm aloha! I highly recommend going on their snorkel and sand bar tour!! We saw sea turtles and went snorkeling over the coral reef !! I hope that they continue to offer their services for years to come!!! The deck hand shared beautiful history of the mountains. They had snacks and drinks and even considered food allergies as my husband has celiac.They were also patient with my daughter!! Very considerate!! if your afraid of bugs or nature stay in Waikiki!! However if you love nature like us want to stay in a rainforest become one with nature and bugs don't bother you this is your dream relaxation vacation!!!

I loved our stay here on the ocean. They were able to check us in early. Enjoyed relaxing on the deck. Bed was super comfortable and they provided robes. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, away from the noise of Waikiki then this is the place. Close to Byoto temple and Kailua ranch. Need a car for getting to restaurants but Uber Eats did deliver us pizza went we felt like a lazy evening on the deck.

The location was beautiful and quiet. We stayed at 3 different hotels while visiting Hawaii and the beds at this hotel were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! Might I suggest some hooks to hang towels and items in the room?

So relaxing, peaceful, beautiful beyond words. True welcoming hawaian hospitality. A place everyone should experience. We saw double rainbows with mountain backrounds, one of the worlds largest sand bars, snorkled with turtles from the resort boat ride and kayaked to china mans hat. Ate authentic homemade banana bread in the am while keeping up with our exercise routines in the property gym. Lounging on the floating decks around the hot tub and pool were so relaxing. Its was just fabulous.

The beds were extremely comfortable and so were the pillows! We loved the banana bread and coffee, and the deck where we had this morning snack had a gorgeous view of the mountains. We paid extra to go on the snorkeling trip and had an amazing time! Our guide was a lot of fun and was wonderful with our kids, too.

Lovely place to stay, with helpful staff. But a car is needed to get there, and there are no shops or stores within walking distance, so a 10min drive into the nearest town is needed for food at night. However there is cooking facilities if you want to cook your own dinner. There is a wandering cockerel that is rather noisy early in the morning, which can be annoying depending upon which room you are in.

The location was the best, the staff was amazing and helpful We used the kayaks and snorkeling gear The outside of the property was well maintained. What I would improve to make it a perfect 5 star. Upgrade warped furniture (the bathroom vanity was pretty shot) I would deep clean ceiling fans and base boards.
