Great location, next to PPG Arena. Super-friendly front desk staff, available whenever needed. We were promptly greeted upon our arrival. Staff seemed genuinely interested in our plans for the trip, which was appreciated. Valet staff very efficient and friendly as well. Elevator bay gets crowded, so patience is required. Room was pretty good and in overall acceptable condition. Curtains/drapes could use a refresh/cleaning, but we survived. Coffee supplies weren't replenished before we arrived, and we noticed. Room overall on the older side. Property in general could use a good refresh/cleaning. Overall, we were surprised on how comfortable our visit was. No issues with security, although the general area is a ghost town (except for the arena and a couple of businesses scattered around).

We had a wonderful stay and were impressed by how well everything was handled especially considering how busy the hotel was during the Morgan Wallen concert weekend. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very accommodating throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Todd, the bellhop, who went above and beyond. He was waiting and ready to help us bring all of our belongings down to the car, and his kindness and professionalism really stood out. The valet service was also exceptional. Despite the large crowds and busy atmosphere, the valet team was organized, efficient, and we never had to wait for our vehicle. The level of service from everyone we encountered made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others visiting the area.

I had a great stay here. The staff were very helpful and allowed me to check in early. I was also provided a breakfast voucher and enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning at the hotel. My room was clean and comfortable (please note that it did not have a refrigerator, if that's important). The location was very close to downtown and easy to access.
