Malgré quelques petits problèmes pour entrer dans la chambre avec le code, le personnel a été très réactif pour nous aider. La chambre commencerait à avoir besoin de quelques amélioration, surtout les matelas! mais elle était propre et nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre séjour. La piscine était agréable, mais le parc pour les enfants n’est pas directement le site de l’hôtel(2 minutes de marche) la plage est à 3 coins de rue, 5-10 minutes de marche. Elle est très bien entretenue. Le stationnement de l’hôtel manque de place et celui de la ville qui est proche aussi est toujours plein. Vous devez vous armez de patience pour avoir une place, plus facile avant 20-21h, ensuite c’est compliqué. Sommes toute un agréable séjour !

This is a phenomenal little property. At first, there was a major communication issue with someone on site, but it was quickly resolved, and the man ended up being super kind and helpful. Everything that you possibly need is at this property even the Cleaning Lady will go out of her way to assist with anything that you need. Again, location, location, location for the cost, the value cannot be beaten anywhere in Miami. You have countless amazing restaurants to walk to and you’re very close to the beach. I am convinced it’s the best value in all of Miami.

Excelente ubicación , no recomiendo caminar de noche ya que es muy solo. O quizás la fecha en la que fui. Muy cómodo, limpio , espacioso. La cocina tenía todo lo que necesitaba. Me volvería alojar allí.

We stayed a few nights over spring break. The building is a little older but is mostly updated. The kitchen and bathroom were very nice. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean when we arrived. You can walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. The pool was nice and clean. The gym is small but does have dumbbells and a bench. There is a free trolley system that can get you to most places from south to north beach. You can communicate with the owner on Whatsapp. We had one issue with our keypad and the owner fixed it remotely and right away. Good spot for families. I have no complaints.

Looked like the pictures and the parking was accessible. It was a good stay overall besides one or two things. The water heater broke the night before we checked out and wasn’t resolved until after, so we had to endure cold showers. The room also wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. One of the sheets smelled very weird and the floor wasn’t swept well. Overall, I’d still recommend for the price and the communication with management was quick and accommodating.
