Quiet, clean room with one very annoying feature. When you walk in the room, lights beneath the bed turn on to "light the way". Fine unless you are sleeping and need to go to the bathroom (several times) at night. For us, this is a deal breaker for future stays although everything else was excellent.

THE LITTLE HOTEL THAT COULD! We travel quite often and I’m used to staying at “fancier” hotels, but I have to say I was impressed. Though not fancy, this hotel was clean, comfortable, and was a great base for my family during my son’s graduation. The rooms were spacious. The staff was pleasant, and we enjoyed the continuous fresh water and coffee station. The breakfast was solid. I would recommend this hotel as a solid choice in Brookings.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Our first room had a strong cleaning perfume odor. Thankfully, they were able to move us to another room. Nice amenities and a great location.
