The staff was really wonderful, I lost my room key and they were so nice about creating a new one late at night. Location was close to the civic center. Room was clean and had everything we needed.

Clean, Quiet, & Close to a lot in SF. I know everyone was worried about the area but regardless of whatever city you go there’s unhoused people.The staff were super nice and kind. No parking but I was using Ubers and public transport. In general it’s better to have your wits about you and whether in Europe, LA, Seattle, etc. Super clean but if you get cold at night use the heater ofr ask for more blankets.

There’s a family who lives there so it smells like cooked food plus there’s a kitchen and a restaurant next-door so it always smells like food but that didn’t bother me. They do have rooms without bathrooms so make sure to book a room with a personal bathroom otherwise there’s a community bathroom in the hallway. The donut shop and food next-door is delicious and slaps. It’s walking distance to the Bill Graham.

While the hotel was not in a great location and it could get loud outside (Ironically, I chose this hotel because I needed to be at that location), the hotel itself was fantastic. Jay at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean, tidy, and comfortable. If I need to come back to this location, I will definitely stay here again.

It was a wonderful stay! I went with three girls in total, and we felt safe the entire time. We were greeted by a very nice receptionist that took care of us the entire trip, and the breakfast staff were incredibly friendly as well. The room and lobby was clean, and the dining area was incredibly cute. I reccomend staying at this hotel to anyone visiting, for the price it cannot be beat. It was super close to various stores like Walgreens and public transportation, perfect for travelling.

I had a great time at the Ram's hotel. The front desk was very kind during checkin and checkout. Dont worry if you book i booked u shared bathroom. There was never ice and ive never seen any other guests.

Ram’s is located a block and a half from my school and has a cafe on the corner that has good lattes and food. The hotel has wood shutters that take away a good deal of downtown noise and the fan and heater are perfect for any adjustments I need to handle with SF weather. The staff is friendly and the beds are comfortable. I stay here every time I come to town.

The hosts were fantastic! A true little gem of a place to stay. Be aware that the area is tattered, but it does not reflect the hotel itself. The neighborhood is more of an issue with general San Francisco. I felt secure in the building and in my room, and they had everything you could possibly need for your stay at all.

Will stay again! Ram's hotel has a perfect location next to the central Market street (tram, busses, and metro) to explore the city - or walking to the areas of interests. There is a good breakfast place downstairs, small grocery across the street, restaurant in the next corner and more opportunities on the Market street within minutes. The neighbourhood is OK, no worries. The hotel itself is clean and safe. I also checked the shared bathrooms and they were nice (2 in each floor). We stayed at the room with ensuite, and it was OK; not too much space, but you do not spend your time at the hotel anyway. All necessities were available. Staff is nice and helpful. Good value for the money.
