Giving this place a 5 star review mainly for the amenities! The pool is so clean and quiet and each seat had its own ice chest, the sauna and cold plunges were amazing, and we loved the red light therapy room. Our studio room was nice and spacious. My ONLY complaint was that the main living area didn’t have a curtain/blinds and our room was on the same level as Hotel Van Zandt and their sign light was blaring in our room so it was hard to sleep because of that. Otherwise, this place is wonderful!

I loved our stay with Roost Rainey! I was a little skeptical at first as the reviews sort of sounded fake or AI written, however after my stay, I can say the reviews weren’t lying. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The music was not too loud even with our room being right on Rainey street. The sound machine really helped drown out any existing noise and helped a lot. The bathroom and shower were perfect however I wish there was some extra counter space as the sink is quite small. The first like 20 floors are for people who are staying for a hotel and the other 20+ top floors are for people who actually live here full time. The pool is beautiful! It sort of sucked finding parking as you had to go in and out of the parking garage which is very small and have to go up until you find an unreserved spot which sometimes took 15 minutes at a time. However, the parking did feel secured and safe where you didn’t have to worry about your car at night. Overall, as our first time in Austin, we are glad that we chose Roost Rainey for our trip!

Our stay was absolutely incredible—far beyond anything we had imagined! From the moment we arrived, every detail exceeded our expectations. The rooms were stunning, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The hotel’s décor is elegant and thoughtfully curated, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better, making it easy to explore everything Austin has to offer. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone at the front desk was genuinely kind, professional, and eager to help, making us feel truly welcome. The amenities were outstanding. The spa, gym, and wellness facilities were among the best we’ve experienced and made our stay even more special. This hotel delivered a luxury experience in every sense. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will absolutely be back. Highly, highly recommend!!!

Probably one of the most fun, amazing, clean, hip places I have ever stayed! From the Nest candle burning in the lobby, to the cute coffee shop downstairs, work out facility (including work out classes that are available to hotel guests), to the well thought out work spaces, this place is top notch. Can't wait to stay there again.

Possibly my favorite hotel stay. The property, the staff, the amenities.. everything was excellent! If I had one con, it'd be how comfortable the bed was because we had a hard time leaving it. Honestly debated extending our stay because of how great this hotel was. Unlike any other for the price I paid. Will definitely be my go to in Austin!

Roost Rainey is so good. Our apartment with balcony was fantastic with a great view of the pool and Lady Bird Lake. Clean, spacious and tastefully finished.
