The back door was not locked. We asked the attendant to assist. They said they would look into it. It was unlocked and open to anyone for the three days we were there. Other than that it's a wonderful spot. Great location and we would go back anytime

This place was a good value proposition. Room was clean and comfortable. There was a good Mexican restaurant nearly next door. The place sat across the road from the bay.

It was a very clean and comfortable bed. Maintenance on the room was okay at best. Some light bulbs were burned out, there was a chunk of wood missing from the bathroom door. The door was dragging the ground. But I didn’t stay here because of the maintenance. I stayed because it was close to the wedding venue. The price was expensive for a bed. Maintenance should have been well taken care off for $270/night. The pool was little and perfect for kids. And the hot tub was always occupied by old guys so it must have been comfortable. Breakfast was almost comical but it beats going hungry. Plain and wheat bread, cereal with raisins or without, blueberry muffins or non blueberry muffins, everything bagels or non everything bagels. Coffee, apple juice or orange juice. Yogurt, an apple or an orange. Nothing that would satisfy kids. It was just the basics. Staff was all business and to the point and not overly friendly or even happy that you’re there. No smiles for anyone that works there. I feel you can get a better room for less money near by but it was okay and we did enjoy our stay.

I stayed to work on a boat refit. The hot tub was terrific to return to after a long days work!

For one night traveling through Traverse city this was perfect. Shower was hot and good water pressure. The hotel is conveniently close to everything with the public beach just down the road.

This was our very first trip to Traverse City and didn't wanna go overboard on a hotel to be able to do more! And Seasons Inn knocked it out the park....if your a baseball fan. Was a little nervous since we are used to staying at bigger name hotels, the Hampton, Hilton, etc. But this was an amazing stay for two nights during the end of the week for under 400 bucks. The staff was beyond great, every inch of the hotel and room were spotless. Their hot tub and indoor pool was fabulous!!! If you like being cool when sleeping, the AC will freeze you out too, lol I even lost my wedding ring, checked out and left....to come back and they found it and returned it for me AFTER!!! We won't stay anywhere else when we return except for Seasons Inn.
