It's a motel, so it's what you'd expect. Clean room. Friendly staff at check-in.

There were some stains on the bedding, found garbage and piercings from previous guests under the bed and night stand. The bathroom, dining/kitchen area, and closet area were clean. Didn't get to interact with any of the staff from the Settle Inn when checking in, got there pretty late so I had to go to the Super 8 for help. Parking was great, got a spot right in front of my room. It was a very quiet stay, no disturbances or issues. Checking out was quick and easy, we were a few minutes late and they were not rude about it at all. There was a $100 deposit on the room for 3 nights.

Very nice and clean room. Especially, the bathroom has been updated and is very functional. I would definitely stay here again.

Some one seems (from Hotel Across Street) in our Parking Space … … … Excellent fair young Lady Rectified all, much sooner than would have guessed! Age of Standing Shower Floor, while Clean, appeared questionable. Checked; quickly seen indeed clean. Value SUPER great; all what Service and fine accommodations; Quite competitive price!!!

Very clean. Could use some upgrades but was priced accordingly. Had a new shower and flooring and the fridge was appreciated. Overall we were happy

Clean enough, could do better, the smell was like an old smoking motel with questionable clean air conditioner. The bathroom vent looked a bit moldy or mildewy. But you get what you pay for.

Reasonably priced, micro and frig. Comfortable bed, lots of tv channels. Plenty of close to room parking walkable dinner type restaurant with tasty food. No real amenities. bathroom had no shelf for supplies or trash can. Seemed like some guests lived there. Easy drive to Falls Park and downtown. Very easy access to highway. Great base if not spending much time at the hotel. Staff was friendly but minimal.

The room was recently renovated on the inside. This was one night on a super long road trip. The place not in the best part of town but I didn’t have any issues. Price was good for what I got.

Adequate for a low-cost motel. They send you to the neighboring Super 8 to check in and out due to limited staffing hours. There was hair in the bathtub. There are no toiletries except one small bar of soap. No breakfast. I walked about 2 blocks to the grocery store and brought items back for my breakfast. For me, that walk was enjoyable.

The bathroom was very clean and well-maintained, however the sheets and pillows were covered in dirt. The room smelled of cigarette smoke.

The hotel takes a $100 security deposit before they will allow you to check in. They claim it will be refunded after you check out. The front desk is behind a locked door, and they talk to you through a doorbell camera before unlocking the door to let you come inside and check in. The carpets were filthy. Walking across the floor barefoot left my feet very dirty. Had to wear shoes inside the room the entire time. Otherwise, the room was adequately clean. The mattresses were clean, no bugs.
