The owners are very lovely, welcoming and informative. The house is beautifully decorated and the grounds are lovely with a pond you can kayak. The breakfast was homemade with love, delicious and plentiful. Wild blueberry pancakes and homemade gravy with biscuits and scrambled eggs stirred to perfection. My husband and I would highly recommend. Beautiful area to hike and explore. Loved Hatcher’s Pass and Matanuska glacier.

This beautiful b&b was our home-away-from-home while we visited Alaska. Brad and Jinks have curated the most comfortable, peaceful and accessible lodging environment in one of the most gorgeous areas in Alaska. They were friendly and accommodating. Our bed was super comfortable and even though we were there almost at ‘summer solstice’ peak and it stayed light outside for almost 20 hours … the shades in our room allowed for perfect blockage for a great night’s sleep. Breakfasts were homemade, generous, healthy and delicious. The variety each morning was delightful, some of which included reindeer sausage, frittatas, fresh wild blueberries they picked themselves from Hatcher Pass, Jinks’ homemade jellies and delicious biscuits, eggs Benedict …mmm … so good. Jinks even packed a to-go breakfast for us when we had to leave super early one morning for our railroad/Seward yacht excursion. We also loved meeting the other guests at breakfast and comparing notes from our Alaskan adventures. As an added bonus, Jinks is also a potter. I wanted a unique Christmas ornament and I was thrilled to find ‘just the one’ in her collection for sale. One of my favorite souvenirs of the whole trip. Each day was full of amazing adventures for us, and at the end of each very full day, we found ourselves saying, ‘That was awesome! Let’s go home.’ Home was the Snowgoose Pond B&B. If we ever have the opportunity to return to Alaska, this is where we will stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The guide and recommendations provided were fantastic because they were all based on the host’s own personal experiences, making them much more helpful and authentic than typical travel suggestions. The highlight, though, was the homemade breakfast—it was absolutely the best! Fresh, delicious, and made with so much care. It was the perfect way to start each day. We would happily stay here again.

Stayed one night. They were flexible about us coming in after the check in time and we so appreciated it. The bed was comfy, the room nice and big. The breakfast was yummy and served beautifully. Thank you.

The location of this B&B was beautiful, quiet, safe, but also nearby many useful places! The home is cozy, beautiful, and has everything you need! The hosts are very kind, helpful and go above and beyond! The food is delicious, healthy, and high quality! It’s a very reasonable price, especially for Alaska, and you get so much value for the price! Its cleanliness is pristine, and I would plan another trip back to Alaska just to stay here! If you are wanting to go to Hatcher pass, glaciers, or just get away from Anchorage, this B&B is the place to stay!

This B&B was tidy and impeccably clean. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating, anticipating needs ahead of time, and extremely helpful with providing local suggestions. The breakfast was great both days we stayed as well.

This is the best bed and breakfast we have stayed in. The photos do not do justice for the room, very spacious and very nicely decorated! Loved our stay and loved the breakfast made by Jinks and the talks with Brad :)

Brad and Jinx were incredible hosts and very welcoming throughout our entire stay. We loved the location and the room that we stayed in. It was the perfect base for our Alaskan adventures. Their knowledge of the area and personal recommendations helped us plan our trip and fill in gaps in our schedule with local must-sees. I recommend this property for anyone who wants a clean, safe, and friendly stay with great hosts and great company.

Pure class, the best property I ever stayed. Brad and Jinx are very hospitable. Plus I saw 2 young mooses outside their back yard among the bushes in front of the pond.

Had a great experience here 5 years ago and when it was time to stay in the area again and came up in the search results as available there was no hesitation to stay here again. Lovely area, home and hosts. You won’t be disappointed.
