We would definitely return here. While visiting the area, we stayed at the springhill suites for two nights. The front desk employees gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent information on everything we needed to know about our room, the breakfast times and locations, other hotel services such as the pool, and, most helpfully, how to navigate the area. Our room was spotless, extremely comfortable, and peaceful, with everything we could possibly need for convenience. After a day of hiking the trails of Cuyahoga National Park, the shower pressure was excellent. One day, we encountered cleaning staff in the hallway and kitchen staff during breakfast, and they were all incredibly cordial and welcoming.

I got a room with a large size and clean, but the design was annoying. You have one to be in the middle between the sofa bed and the bed itself! So you can watch from one corner at a time! Very strange! The bathroom the sink is outside the toilet, I still don't understand why hotels do that! The toilet has a few rusted corners. There are molds here and there in the bathroom that can use better cleaning. The sofa bed wasn't at all comfortable, the view was a touch dull towards the parking lot and some manufacturing plants, I guess. Breakfast was too limited, and the hot items were cold. Good center for many destinations and good dining options nearby. However, the walls are too thin. Too much noise from the bathroom pump, hallway, and other rooms.

We would stay here again. It was a pleasant hotel. Our room was very clean and large. Breakfast is delicious, with scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, oatmeal with fixings, yogurt, and cereal. The pool is much larger than most hotels and very warm, so we enjoy it. Unfortunately, the hot tub broke a little mad because I was purposely choosing this hotel over a cheaper one because it had one. A review a few months ago stated that it was broken, so I'm guessing they don't plan on fixing it.

We had a pleasant experience during our stay here, starting from our hotel's cleanliness and tranquility. Then, the only thing we didn't like was the bathroom's location on one side, so every time someone wants to turn on a light, it will flash across the entire room. The breakfast was delicious, and we got a good deal on it.
