It was great, breakfast was good, room was clean. The only thing I would say was an issue was that no one told us that the shuttle for the airport only left every 30 minutes. We missed the shuttle by 5 minutes or so and had to wait 25 minutes for the next shuttle. This made our airport time very tight. Luckily we have Pre-check and were able to get through TSA quickly and make our flight. Wish someone would have communicated the shuttle schedule better when we checked in to the hotel or a simple sign on the wall that states shuttles leave every 30 minutes. Would have alleviated a lot of stress and anxiety on our side of things.

New and clean hotel. As usual in this kind of hotel, the room has a very soft and uncomfortable mattress. Expect to pay a daily parking fee, which is strange considering all the free space that the hotel has.

I loved it. Loved my room. Very cozy and clean. Very quiet as well, in and around the hotel. For what you get, the price ain't that bad. Other places in the inner city cost more with less to offer. You just got a better view of the city. But a view ain't everything. It had a decent view. But who cares, everything else was great. And who actually stares out the window the entire time they're there? I loved that it had a microwave and a mini fridge. I don't know why some hotels don't. It should be a requirement. That's the main reason I chose this place. Parking was good. Not overly crowded. Parking price was reasonable compared to other places in Charlotte. Only $10.00 Just wish they had more breakfast options. But certainly not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay here again.
