After viewing some reviews about the property I was a bit apprehensive about staying there. But upon arrival and checking in, my room was clean and bug free. Not even a fly or ant anywhere. The office area was under construction as well as some areas on the property. The only negative I have is the musty odor coming from the A/C unit in the room. The maintenance crew were helpful and friendly. Helped me out with the tv remote which turned out not to be the correct one for that tv.

Least expensive place in Lakeland. Had large refrigerator and microwave. Beds are fine little else. TV was better than Marriott. Not very clean and a very tired building. It worked fine for me.

We liked that the hotel was convenient to shopping and restaurants. When we arrived, we were able to check in a day early because we got to Florida from Canada faster than we had planned. Our check out date changed too but we were allowed to stay an extra 2 days. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. We didn't like that the pool was closed when we arrived and had been for nearly 3 months. The filter system needed a part, but neither the hotel's website, nor Expedia, who we booked through, mentioned that fact. The pool was the main reason we booked there. It did eventually open though, and we were able to enjoy it for 4 days. Our room wasn't the cleanest either. The floor could have used a good scrubbing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

IT’s would be nice if you had two pairs of sheets for the bed in stead of just what’s in the room so you can change them out and clean the set that you have been using

Floors were dirty and the bathroom sink was clogged and full of water. I lot of bugs and roaches in the room. The rooms are run down and need refurbishing, especially in the bathroom toilet and tub.

Room was good enough. Property provided 1 washcloth and 1/3 roll of toilet tissue for a 3 day stay. Room service showed up on check out morning to verify I would be checking out.
