The room was clean and comfortable. I really appreciated the coffee maker and fans! Check in was easy, the bar on site was fun and the location was perfect! I could easily walk to everything.

This is a very nice hotel. They are everything they advertise. Great location to downtown. Accommodations are clean and staff is accommodative. It is not fancy, but it does not advertise as such.

We had a great stay here while visiting Talkeetna. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet part of town, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. We felt safe throughout our stay and appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. A great option for anyone looking for a simple, comfortable place to stay in Talkeetna.

This was a great place to stay the night in Talkeetna. The location is very close to the Susitna River and the Main Street. The rooms were small but had everything we needed. The place was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

It was surprisingly a great place to stay while traveling to Denali. Rooms were very clean, spacious, newly built with all the right amenities. Bar was a great bonus which was open until 2am.

The Location of the Talkeetna Inn is amazing. The grounds and lounging make the evenings an amazing area to enjoy the beautiful Talkeetna scenery. The Rooms get a bit stuffy and there seems to be Electrical issues.

The room was small, but adequate. The hotel was a bit off the main tourist road, so it was peaceful. We had a good view. There is a nice lounge. It was close to all the gift shops and restaurants, but far enough away to be quiet. All in all, it was quaint, quiet, clean, friendly, and well maintained. I would stay here again.

Our group of six enjoyed our stay here! The staff was so welcoming and helpful, and they were ready at the train station to pick us up and gave us a ride back when we left. The location was great — the river was nearby with views of Denali and the shops, restaurants, and historical sites were all within easy walking distance. We would stay here again.

You get a bug zapper. They also play bingo at 7 o’clock, but you must be 21+ to play. Beds are comfortable and clean. Great walking distance to the downtown area. Right next to the river.

We booked this from the UK so were unsure what to expect. Cannot fault this property and the staff. We caught the train from Anchorage we were picked up and dropped off. Highly recommend.

Simple, but clean and short walk to lookout and main shop/restaurant area. Amazing view of the mountains right outside the rooms! Loved sitting outside to soak it in! Could use a mirror in the main bed area for convenience close to electrical outlets. I would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Talkeetna Lodge. The views were absolutely spectacular, with the river in the foreground and Mount Denali towering in the distance. We were fortunate to have clear weather and were able to see the entire mountain—an unforgettable experience. The staff were genuinely kind and exceptionally helpful. They went out of their way to set up a BBQ for us to use, which we greatly appreciated. The lodge grounds feature a large open lawn with plenty of places to sit, relax, and enjoy the surrounding nature and scenery. The location is easy to reach, parking is convenient, and the town of Talkeetna is just a pleasant stroll away. We enjoyed exploring the many shops and restaurants in town. Overall, a fantastic place to stay, and we would gladly return.
