The details put into the restored architecture and interior. Breakfast buffet was included that had warm food. Valet parking and full bar with kitchen available. Mini bar and snacks available for purchase in room as well as lobby.

Excellent location for all popular Seattle things, namely for us, T Mobile Park for the Mariners. The decor in the hotel and room itself was really cool and it felt quaint and unique. The staff were friendly and helpful. The valet parking was nice to have knowing how difficult parking is in the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel and stately rooms. It is in the middle of downtown so the ambient noise enters the hotel. The hot breakfast buffet was complementary which I appreciated for a family of 4. There was an issue with the fridge and the hotel addressed privately and directly with me about how they would ensure food safety, which I also appreciated. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great stay with a few small misses Friendly, welcoming staff made check‑in easy, and I loved my corner king room — spacious, quiet, and stylish. The hotel’s overall vibe was vintage updated yet comfortable, and the location was perfect, about a 15‑minute walk to Pike Place Market. Since I stayed on a Sunday night, the free parking out front until morning was a huge bonus. Breakfast was included, but it wasn’t restocked often and the quality felt a bit dry. On the flip side, the bar completely delivered: great cocktails and truly amazing appetizers.

I was so pleasantly surprised by the Arctic Club. The doorman/valet greeted us warmly and was very happy to keep an eye on our rental as we checked in. He was great. The front desk check in was selfless and the gal was super friendly and helpful. The interior of the hotel is really well done - it's clearly been recently renovated, but done in a way that is perfectly assumed to the history character of the property. The lobby bar is a great place for a drink, the Juno restaurant downstairs serves a great hot breakfast, and the hotel is in a great location and super safe. Our room was a corner King and it was awesome. The bed was very comfortable, the room was beautifully appointed and the bathroom was amazing. I felt like it was 1920 but without sacrificing any modern amenities. Honestly, one of the best hotels I have stayed at in years.

This was an excellent hotel!! We love the older and quaint look - well maintained. The buffet breakfast is the best we have experienced in the US. Staff was so helpful - and convenient to public transportation and Pike Place Market. We look forward to returning!

I loved the historic aspects of the hotel while it was also well maintained. The breakfast although complimentary looked more like a Marriott. Also not enough room for seating. One morning we sat at a table that still had dirty dishes not yet cleared

We loved staying in this hotel! It is so perfectly charming and the attention to detail is immaculate. All of the historic touches are lovely. Staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We had drinks in the bar and appreciated the innovative cocktail menu as well as the quality of the included breakfast. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Our only complaint was that we’d only booked 1 night post-cruise. Would be delighted to stay here again when in Seattle. Location is convenient to the cruise terminal as well as Pike Place Market.
