I really enjoyed this little hotel! It has its own unique character—simple, but with everything you need. The location is fantastic. There’s a comfortable little lobby where you can wait for your room, with plenty of places to charge your devices, a cozy couch, and bathroom access. There’s a pizza place right across the street, a convenience store nearby, and a plethora of restaurants within a short walk. The area felt safe. It’s Capitol Hill, so don’t expect complete silence at night—the neighborhood stays alive well into the evening—but the windows are well insulated, and the room has a sound machine. A real bonus is the secure luggage lockers. After checking out, you can safely store your luggage and still have access to the hotel until you’re ready to leave. Such a convenient touch! If I’m staying on Capitol Hill again, this will be my first choice. A great little boutique hotel with character, convenience, and everything you need.

This was the best place for us to stay at in Seattle. The staff was excellent and friendly! The entire place was nice and clean and they were very helpful with the area. Easy walk to Pike Public Market. Would definitely stay there again next time we visit.

Great location with shops nearby and a bit more than a mile from Pike's Market and other attractions. The room was clean, and the ability to store bags before check-in is super convenient! The AC was a bit noisy, and while that was not a problem for us, I mention it because it might be an issue for light sleepers.

I had my doubts when I was looking at the listing, but when I actually showed up, it was actually a really cute place to stay at. It’s next to a lot of amenities, food, bars, and it’s really quiet or how it is too pretty much the main street I will say here in the future

The property was clean, the location was great, and they had water and hot water always available which was great. The hotel room was pretty small which was doable but just keep in mind there is not a real desk and chair if you need to work (there is a folded table that you can use by sitting on the bed). Great for a weekend trip!

What a hidden gem this place turned out to be. Super clean. Super easy to check in. Right in the middle of everything in Capitol Hill. I’m picky about my hotels. I was a little worried because the price was so good. It’s small. I had to take the stairs to the 5th floor. Other than that it was awesome.
