I only stayed one night, but it was very comfortable and well maintained. The owner was very pleasant when I checked in and offered lots of helpful tips for the area. I'd recommend staying here.

This place is amazing! Very clean rooms, friendly owners and the breakfasts are so delicious- all home made breads, eggs, waffles- homemade jams that are so yummy on the homemade sourdough breads! Kenny and Christa are lovely and are so kind and helpful ! Would highly recommend this quaint little motel - so special - we will be visiting again!!!

The Carter Motel was a wonderful small inn where we stayed while spending a few days in the tiny town of Ten Sleep. The owners/hosts were super gracious and made the stay extra special. The homemade breakfasts were delicious! They offered other small amenities that made a big difference: cookies at check-in, (million dollar bars were to die for!), chocolates in your room. I highly recommend the Carter Motel, and hope to return someday!

This was the best place we stayed on a three week trip.Host was personable and outgoing. Breakfast was the greatest being homemade by the owners. Homemade breads, cookies ,scones eggs,etc.If you have an opportunity to stay here use it, you'll not be disappointed. 10 stars

The Inn was lovely and nicely decorated. Everything was clean and well kept. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful and fun to sit with others who were staying at the Inn. Candle in the reception area was strong. I have sensitivity to strong perfume smells.

The place is absolutely spotless and beautiful. They have restored this motel to a very homey place to stay. The couple lives on site and they have vegetables and fresh herbs growing. The breakfast is homemade. Homemade scones, jelly, bread. This morning, we had delicious scrambled eggs And delicious ham. Restaurants are very walkable for small as this town is we really enjoyed our stay

What an amazing place!! The rooms are freshly remodeled with higher end finishes. This is not your average motel!! The owners are supper nice, and it almost had a bed and breakfast vibe. They made all the guests a homemade breakfast with homemade breads, jams, muffins, etc. They have a nice outdoor sitting area as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay.

The hotel is a great place to stay. Breakfast was also very good, home cooked. The owners had pleasant conversation with all the guests. The only consideration i would make is to sweep the cement slab so it is easier to park motorcycles. Highly recommend staying there!!!!
