We checked in and received an amazing employee named Nancy. She was new, but sadly, her apparent supervisor treated her very badly. She is a great asset to the hotel, and her respectful and professional treatment to us was spectacular. We appreciate her kindness.

I was there to visit a friend at the oak hotel and a man called Mustafa approached me, he gave me some dates and some delectable Arabic coffee. Luckily he is a nice and polite person who has good manners.

This is the first time I have reviewed this hotel a few years ago and it was fantastic. I recently stayed there again and everything went from great to just okay. The room seems worn out and not a good place to be. Wi-Fi doesn't work perfectly. The water pressure is too high, making it difficult to shower. The toilet wasn't properly anchored to the floor and oscillated. Other than that, the room was clean and quite comfortable. The included breakfast was pretty decent. Unfortunately, the breakfast room was very crowded and the food was quite unsafe. I'll try another hotel the next time I'm playing paso roles.

The hotels cleanliness was essential at the time of crisis, the room was cozy, and the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Our room had no Wi-Fi, and the plugs on my side of the bed did not work. Thankfully, the hotel management offered a discount to cover the cost of our accommodation. According to one employee, the hotel is aware of the wifi issue but has taken little steps to address it. Good WiFi is a must have for 2022, with only three stars.

The only negative thing about this hotel is the close proximity to some excellent services and attractions. They provide cribs as well as pet friendly. The service here is very nice and attentive.
