The staff was very helpful at check in. The room and bathroom was clean. There was a broken piece of tile in the bathroom, we took a picture and informed the staff at the front desk and they were going to get it replaced.

The rooms were better than I thought they would be for the location. Nice & clean with an updated feel. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful with printing out a document I needed for another leg of my trip. The food at the café was nothing to write home about, but their staff cared. All in all a great experience.

The room was clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly and helped us with a late check in. The drinks were poured for gambling patrons, though there were no cards tables. That was the only thing I wished was available that was not. The hotel was accommodating to us having a pet, for a pet fee, which was very reasonable. All in all, price of room was well worth it, and would stay here again if traveling through.

The front desk clerk Jesse was so very helpful. My mom is handicapped and they had no handicap rooms left. She was able to get us the perfect room with no extra charge. I have never had such great customer service.

When I arrived, I was able to park near the front door. The first person I saw gave me a smile and welcomed me to the hotel/ casino. When I got to registration, my first question was, could I please have a non-smoking room. The answer was that ALL second floor rooms were non-smoking. Smoking was only allowed on the first, Casino, floor. My room was welcoming, clean, and had a coffee maker in the room. (These are all important things!)

I love this place. Only problem was 206, the room next to me, left their tv or a radio on all night. Went to sleep hearing it. It woke me up at 5:40… BUT! Normally a Great place to stay in Tonopah.

I you want a rustic, western style motif... this is your place. The room was clean and ice machine close by. The bar was OK, but didn't have red wine? You get to roll three dice for a free room... I got 2/3 and one guy nearby was amazed! All in all, as a stop over, I would come back.

The entrance to the lobby or check in was dirty and smelled of smoke. Lots of cigarette butts on the grounds. Place don’t provide cigarette disposal can? Inside the lobby is is carpet and very dirty as if no ones vacuumed the for years. Under furnitures and display cases were dusty and dirty. Our room thankfully was clean enough and comfortable.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortabl. However, if you have mobility issues ask for a room that doesn't require you to walk up stairs. Because, depending on your room number, there could be anywhere between 5 and 30 stairs so be aware.
