Maria at the Oyo Time Sqaure reception desk was wonderful (deserving of a big raise). She went above and beyond to make sure our stay at the hotel was wonderful. She was so warm and welcoming to our family traveling from PR, USA. Would stay again just for Maria. 🇮🇹🇵🇷🇺🇸

Staff was lovely, a very fair rate for NYC on a budget with a great Times Square/Theatre District location.

This is an older hotel, it has some worn furniture and the tiniest little elevator you've ever seen, very much like what you'd find in Europe but it also has a great deal of charm. The beds were comfortable, the sheets were very soft, the bathroom was clean and the staff was fabulous. I requested a fridge it was there in 5 minutes I requested an iron for a shirt it was there in 5 minutes on the second day we needed more shampoo and towels they were there in a matter of minutes. Marie behind the front desk was the absolute best. Additionally it couldn't have been better located. Coffee straight across the street Times Square 2 minutes down the road and a good many popular New York sites in walking distance..I have to mention the food, great street food everywhere, good restaurants everywhere and the best ice cream in the city inhouse. We had a blast

Room was old and beds were basically on Springs and the bedframe was squeaky. The entire place was old and dated and dirty. The elevator you can barely fit four people .

A good clean room with strong air conditioner which was desperately needed on the hot 4th of July weekend.

Super convenient location! Considering it was a room in Time Square, it was a great size for a family of 4; which I have found difficult to find in this area of the city. So many shops, restaurants and experiences within walking distance. The American Dream Mall, an absolute must with kids(plan for a full day!), was only about 15 minutes away via uber depending on time of day. The Gentleman handling bag storage before and after check out was very kind and helpful. Luggage Storage was such a great feature to have when your flight doesn’t line up with check in/check out times. Now keep in mind this is a an old NYC building so the elevator is very slow and very tiny. With one 20” rolling bag each, we were just barely able to fit all of us . On a positive note there are 2 elevators so the wait isn’t too bad. Overall, we had a great stay!

Overall the stay was decent and good. The rooms are pretty small. Person coming from Texas I think everything will be small
