This is a lovely area and the perfect place to stay. The room was good size & we had a view of the bay and a deck. I love that there was a new functional screen door that we could leave open a bit at night. The bathroom clean, huge shower and sink area, with dispensers for shampoo, creme rinse and soap in the shower (which I appreciate). There was a couch and ottoman which served as our coffee table and a sweet corner desk area. The closets included 2 areas, one with shelving and the other for a suitcase and hangers. I was especially pleased to find that we had a refrigerator as well as a microwave. The only slight criticism is that the comforter and pillow shams seemed a bit dirty but we just used the cotton blanket underneath. Also the couch/pull out needed some bolstering! I sank into it so had to sit on the chair. A plus was free parking, not a given nowadays. We have been trying to get to this place for 2 years and finally made it. It was worth the wait.

The new restaurant and bar are fabulous! The food and drinks were wonderful. The bartender was great too! This is a great location because it’s close to Point Reyes national seashore, Point Reyes Station and also to Marshall.

Very good, no frills hotel. Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant had great halibut and chips. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. We were in town for a wedding.

The property has clearly been around for a while. But it is quite well maintained so that the older fixtures are charming and in no way an issue. The staff was very helpful, the property was clean and landscaped, the restaurant was convenient and welcoming, and the scenery was absolutely gorgeous. This was a wonderful choice for an anniversary getaway, a short drive from the East Bay.

Great location and very relaxing resort. Everything needed at one’s fingertips. A great place for boaters and kayakers. There’s a wonderful restaurant that serves excellent local oysters that is situated with the best views of the bay and distant hills. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.
