The check in was slightly difficult if you use a 3rd party site. Check with them before arriving to be sure they have your info. The hotel was beautifully decorated. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was definitely worth the money for the price. I will definitely be returning for another stay.

Pictures can be deceiving! There was a little tiny bugs growing all over the floor closer to the window. Our room was 1234. I brought Clorox Lysol wipes and wipe down everything twice that could be touched. My boyfriend, I went out to get rain and sprayed around the bed and everything. We were in town for the Keith leaf festival. There was a lady at the front desk. I ordered Caucasian lady and she was wonderful! She was joking with us, laughing with us and even the next day acknowledge us in the hallway so she was a pleasant.

Aye man I don’t even know where to start with my experience the lobby tricked me the lobby looks beautiful I will say that but going into my room I got lost there’s not enough signs to direct you into the rooms room was organized and stocked up with necessities but the toilet wouldn’t flush I had to lift the lid on the water tank and manually flush the toilet also the inside of the bowl was like yellow ish not because it was dirty mainly so because it’s probably outdated the shower valves could use some re adjusting but works fine one of the lights wouldn’t work in the bathroom as well now where I had the real issue was when I was getting ready to go to bed there was a cockroach the size of a Toyota car remote key that mf wouldn’t die 😂 killed it tho but yeah that ruined the night I can tell the hotel is outdated but they should definitely look into the little things because they matter a lot wish I could get a refund but it was like 80$ so i guess you get what you pay for Wish I would’ve taken pictures but just know I left a bag in the hallway with a dead roach

The interior design of the lobby was probably the only thing that was impressive. Rooms were clean. We arrived on Friday. There were multiple people waiting and it took forever to get checked in around 4:30/5:30pm. There was only one staff member and the AC was not working throughout the hotel. It was extremely hot and humid. We get the key to our first room, only to find the AC does not work. We immediately notified the front desk who advised she would move our room. I go down to get the keys she had ready and NEVER signed additional paperwork or used my card this second time. The second room’s door was left opened upon arrival. I just assumed they were checking the AC for this room. The door did not close on its own, you had to push it for it to lock all the way. I discovered an additional room charge and additional incidental fee that still shows as pending 5 business days later. This completely disrupted our trip and we had to make arrangements. The hotel was notified and admitted fault However, nothing was done as far as any goodwill courtesy to make up for this major inconvenience after fully starting the issue. I called my bank and they can’t do anything until they charge posts so that’s my money that was taken from me and unavailable to use for a week now! Didn’t see that this is a 2.9 star hotel or else we would have never stayed here. It was a good price but for a peace of mind, do not book here!!

The room we were assigned was bottom level in the back of the hotel(seemed to be the forgotten part of the hotel). The room had no windows at all. It was extremely muggy due to no air flow. Even when I turned the A/C(which barely worked) on, the room never felt better. The front desk clerk was very nice, though. The hotel looked very nice and clean up until we got to our room. I would probably recommend to a friend as long as they don't get a bottom floor, no window room.

Staff in the morning shift on 04/09/2026 is very unprofessional. They have not idea how treat the customer. I received the email from hotel this morning if I want to do late check out. The was offered $ 30.00 for late check out at 4.00pm. When I went to desk to accept they told they don’t know anything about. In the very rude way. Staff very unpleasant with customer. I hope hotel ownership knows. They really need care the customer right
