Based on recent evaluations in January 2020, I was dreading our visit on February 1. We had a very comfortable room and both of us appreciated how well the heating and cooling window unit worked and it was quiet. The beds were clean and comfortable. The chair in the room was dirty. The bathroom was average and the exhaust fan turned on when you turned on the lights. Check in is good, but it's 4 in the queue and we get there at 3. There are some elderly people in line that are really struggling to make it to check in. It would probably be more convenient if someone took names or took a number like a deli counter so that people could sit down while waiting at busy times. The shuttle to the casino and restaurants was convenient. Probably our biggest complaint was that the hotel didn't have breakfast. You had to take the shuttle to the restaurants. The hotel had a restaurant, but it didn't open until 4 a.m.

Friendly hotel stay. The room is bright and has a great colour. The hotel is across the street from Foxwoods. From the hotel lobby, there is a shuttle that leaves every 15 minutes and there are several bus stops around the hotel. So, they allowed us to check early. The hotel isn't that fancy, but that's fine with me. I can live without having to drive because it meets my basic needs. Clean, secure, strategic, with a shuttle bus. We didn't get to see the pool because it was undergoing renovations.

We want to go back, it is located away from the busy Foxwoods yet very close. Every morning coffee is served in the lobby. Nice pool to enjoy with or without children. The Tavern is there for drinks, apps and sandwiches. Also, the shuttle service to all Foxwood Towers is 24 hours a day.
