The property is a large older house/ mansion that’s been divided into guest rooms. Everything was clean and in order. The staff were helpful and for the price it was more than what I expected. With this said there were details that weren’t up to large hotel chain standards. I was very pleased with my stay, and would return.

Only stayed for a night with a last minute business trip, but the B&B was so quaint, all the staff was incredibly nice, and the breakfast was actually not bad !! Wish i got up earlier to enjoy more of it.

The hotel felt as you were visiting a friend’s home. Very quiet, secure and charming. Only a few rooms so great for a family reunion. Very affordable and Close to Capitol and Midtown.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Flowers growing everywhere, very well kept grounds, cute inside. There are a lot of stairs so beware. Free parking in front! Shower took a while to get hot but other than that the place was fabulous. The breakfast was small but just what I needed (could have used salt but otherwise it was great). There was a wedding happening that day and I loved seeing the wedding party and photographers walking around. It also felt very safe because you have to have a key to get inside, or ring the doorbell.

Absolutely stunning property with tremendously spacious rooms, my room even had a large desk and a little fireplace. The bathroom had a standing shower with multiple shower heads and a full tub. There was a skylight in the bathroom that let in a lot of natural light even into the main room. Staff was really nice, but there didn't seem to be anyone immediately available when I was checking out, but not really a major concern since very detailed instructions was given prior to that. Also walking distance to local event venue and nice and safe area from general observations.

Bathroom in the main house downstairs in the foyer is dirty and reminiscent of a gas station. Feels more like the manager on duty’s personal space rather than a public experience built for accommodation.

Wonderful breakfast! Very quiet our only suggestion would be to put a waste basket in the room. There was only a very tiny one in the bathroom. Honestly, we would highly recommend staying here it’s very vintage and beautiful.

Breakfast was continental and parking was safe. However parking was limited when we arrived at 2:30 because of a wedding on the premises however it started to break up after a 10 minute wait and got parking right out front. 👍 It has beautiful gardens and set up perfect for weddings and receptions.

Customer service was amazing! Randy was so helpful dealing with me calling him several times to find the parking and then the entrance. Tony was very sweet as well and all staff. Anything I needed, they brought to me with happiness.

Stayed one night with my daughter as the lady stop on a west coast trip. The peace, calm and beautiful setting is just what we needed after a whirlwind vacation. Breakfast was satisfying. Neighborhood felt safe. Parking was easy.
