It was nice and new enjoyed the stay in kitchen. Down side no breakfast and also the bed frames were kinda iffy not mounted down Lil wobbly. Also sound dampening not the best could definty hear people in the other rooms.

Extended stay with full size fridge and new, clean rooms. Limited staff during the night but you just have to call and they helped me. Great stay and I'd definitely stay again.

Staff was nice but had limited hours at the front desk. Deadbolt didn’t work for the door and overhead room lighting was very harsh. A bedside light would’ve been nice. Room was otherwise clean and in good condition.

My stay was pleasant. Front desk ladies were helpful and pleasant. The property is more of a long stay property, not a weekend stay place. But easy check in, no issues with my reservation, friendly staff. It was accommodating for us. Clean rooms, clean beds, clean bathrooms.

The room was spotless and spacious. Staff was very courteous, however my reservations were under the wrong name and she couldn’t find it at first so there was some stress and confusion. She was very patient. I do feel that there needs to be coffee offered in room as well as ice. Also, the cost for extra towels was unexpected.

Staff were consistently friendly & helpful. Room was spacious & beds comfortable. Good amount of pillows. Things to note: this is an extended stay place so our room included small kitchen & full refrigerator. However kitchen items are not provided. You may purchase a kit to use during your stay. However we needed silverware & were provided plastic forks & knives. We stayed for 3 nights. There is also no hairdryer in the room. However when I asked at the front desk they had one for me to use. Staff is not at the desk from 10 pm- 9 am. However we called the extension and received help both times we called during ‘off’ hours. We had 2 days of no hot water (water heater went out). Staff addressed the issue (plumber on way) but I had to shower before it was resolved (cold shower!). The following day the water heater went out again & I had another cold shower. However once again staff was very friendly & helpful. I was given a discounted rate.

The room was spotless but nobody cleaned my room I would have given them 5 stars. But I like a fresh clean room. I stayed 2 nights. But I love the security.
