I was a bit skeptical about getting a good night's rest since this hotel is located right next to Bui Vien Street. However, this is probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in HCM. I have stayed in other areas of the city for the same price or more, but I wasn't pleased due to issues with security, sanitation, and being too far from the action. The main reason I chose this hotel was its location. It’s about a 10-minute walk to many main attractions, such as Ben Thanh Market, the Rex Hotel area, and other downtown sights. The price is also very reasonable. If you’re here to party, Bui Vien is only a few hundred meters away, and there are local eateries, pharmacies, and markets within walking distance. The only downside is that the hotel does not have an elevator. I didn’t have much luggage, so it wasn't an issue for me. The service is top-notch. Unlike other hotels, you do need to tell them when you want your room cleaned, but there is always someone on standby 24/7 in case you need assistance. I also appreciated the security; the front door locks at a certain time, and you can only enter using your room key. The staff is also super friendly. I needed help with one of the App and the young lady was extremely helpful. Also the owner is always there and is more than happy to help you to book tours or answer any questions that you might have. I have seen him helped customers to move luggage to Taxi using his motorcycle. Highly recommended! Highly recommended!

We stayed here for 5 nights, and couldn’t really fault it! It seems to be a family run hotel, and everyone we encountered were very friendly and helpful. What also helps is they appear to double up as a travel service so we ended up booking 2 separate tours (Co Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta), both of which were superb. Both tours someone met you at the hotel which was even better. The room was clean and looked fairly new. Came with a fridge and a safe for keeping valuables in. Did notice some rubbish underneath the bed, which was the only downside to the room. There is no lift, so be prepared for a good workout if you’re on the top floor! Location was fantastic, just a 2 min walk from the main bars and restaurants. But be warned, this was hard to find!! Do not use google maps as it will tell you it’s 100 yards down the road. Best way to find it is to locate the Burger King, turn left out of it and there is a darkish alley where you’ll find the hotel. All in all, a great stay in a great location.

Ad un minuto dalla fermata del 109 autobus dello aereoporto, è nel cuore della vita di Saigon, si possono raggiungere a piedi tutti i luoghi da visitare della città. Pulito con cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani. Le stanze sono semplici ma hanno TV, bollitore, frigo e cassaforte. I gestori sono molto efficienti e lavorano anche come agenzia viaggi dando consigli giusti e si tengono in contatto durante il viaggio.

The hotel is down a side street, just off the main drag and only 100m away from Bui Vien (Walking Street). Staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived early morning, hoping to be able to leave our bags until our room was ready, but they gave us a room straight away. The room was compact, as most Ho Chi Minh rooms are, but clean, with a nice pwerful shower and strong wifi signal. Everything was clean and housekeeping was reliable and efficient. This would be the first palce I'd look at, when visiting Ho Chi Minh City again.

Well located in the main backpacker district. As it is on a smaller side road, the noise from the road wasn't an issue. Friendly staff who were helpful and also not pushy about tours. Rooms were decent size and clean.

Great stay at this hotel! The local area was exactly where we wanted to stay, and this hotel is just enough steps away to keep out of the noisiness! The service was great, and the staff is wonderful! We ended up staying an extra 4 nights! Comfortable rooms and clean amenities. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Simple, clean and decent hotel. Host is kind and very helpful, she offered us tour to mekong delta which was good too. We stayed two nights, the street a small but connecting main road and is just next to the walking street which turns to the most happening place in the evening and is open till late night. There are a loads of local places to eat, shop and party specially intended for foreigners. Loads to eat and explore if you are a seafood and party lover. We pretty much enjoyed our stay because of its location.
