I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cilantro villa in hoi An over Christmas, and i can confidently say that it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment i arrived, the attentive staff welcomed me with warmth and hospitality. The villa itself is a hidden gem, nestled in a tranquil setting surrounded by lush greenery, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms were spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, with attention to detail to ensure comfort and relaxation. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful nights sleep after exploring the charming streets of hoi an. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the culinary experience at Cilantro villa. The onsite restaurant served delectable dishes bursting with flavor, featuring the finest local ingredients. Each meal was a culinary delight, perfectly complemented by the picturesque surroundings. Furthermore, the location of cilantro villa is ideal for exploring all that hoi an has to offer. Just a short distance from the ancient town, it was convenient to immerse myself in the rich culture and history of this unesco world heritage site. But what truly sets Cilantro villa apart is the exceptional service provided by the villas staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Pemandangannya sangat indah, kedua sisi dapat melihat sungai dan di tengah perkampungan sayur, sehingga angin sejuk sepanjang hari. Kamar mewah melebihi ekspektasi. Area barbekyu besar dengan ruang bermain anak-anak. Harganya lebih tinggi dari vila yang kami tinggali tetapi sepadan dengan uang yang dikeluarkan. Akan kembali. Mereka yang belum pergi harus pergi.

Saya kecewa ketika sampai dan check-in di villa ini, lalu saya lebih kecewa lagi ketika check-in. Sayang sekali dibandingkan dengan gambar iklan: tempat tidurnya kecil, single atau double, kamar mandi tidak ada dinding, tidak ada lemari pakaian tetapi hanya gantungan, kipas angin rusak, tidak ada sarapan pagi jam 8.30, Pemilik dan pengelola melayani pelanggan, pelanggan mengucapkan beberapa kalimat bolak-balik. Saya juga bekerja di industri jasa tetapi belum pernah melihat layanan pelanggan yang sama seperti ini. Singkatnya, kedua rombongan tamu yang memesan villa ini kecewa.

The coffee was better than most places in town. Cilantro villa is close to the beach and the old town. You can ride a bike around Tra Que Vegetable village. They also include breakfast, which is a variation of traditional vietnamese and american.

The most valuable and economical hotel in da nangandhoi an. I have been staying in dnandhoian for at least a year so i can compare it to other hotels in the area. Cilantro villa is definitely high quality and affordable. I feel like a new family member from them. They try their best to help and feel comfortable. I got a variety of garden fruits such as wild mango, passion fruits and other vegetables. It was always juicy and sweet as well as perfect cleaning. Breakfast at the cilantro is truly delicious. All the breakfast they served was fresh and my preference since i enjoyed vietnam. Perfect. I cant express how much i loved it. Delight in the beauty of nature surrounded by a river and vegetable garden. I recommend staying here if you can drive a motorcycle or bicycle. Avoid crowds and feel fresh.

We will be returning. Excellent service from the very first day, and the cao lau is truly exceptional! The front desk staff is extremely helpful in scheduling rides and meal recommendations. We had the entire hotel to ourselves. Its conveniently located near the historic town of hoi an.
