The location is great, and the staff is friendly and friendly. Breakfast is tasty and varied, elevator in the room, internet in all rooms, safe, mini bar fridge. It's hard to find this place at first. The television is not what we expected small. Payment is required in advance, but it makes no problems if we pay the rest on the last day.

I got a dirty room, dirty linens, cupboards, and walls, shower head does not work. We requested a room on the top floor with a city view, but they gave us a room on the low floor with a city view view of the buildings in the alley. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The gold premier hotel spa is located in a strategic area. It is near the Hang kim lake. I will come here again. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good cleaning and breakfast buffet. They also have the highest quality of massages.

Lokasinya strategis, dipusat keramaian turis jadi bisa jalan kaki. Kamarnya bersih dan rapih lengkap dengan aminities. Dan juga lega. AC nya leaking pas hari petama, tapi begitu kita blg ke receptionistnya lgsg di kasih pindah kamar dan barangnya dibawain. Receptionist nya baik, ramah, dan bisa berbahasa inggris, sehingga tidak ada language barrier. Kalau untuk nginep lama atau pun ramean di Hanoi, hotel ini jadi salah satu pilihan yang tepat dengan harga terjangkau dan lokasi yang strategis. Sanitized and fresh. Sanitized and fresh.
