This place is a great place to stay. We initially thought of staying at home, but considering the veg food, we decided to remain at the hotel, and it was an amazing decision. During our visit, they gave us one of the best options. Very impressive menu they provided us. Many of them were fluent in english, making them very approachable. The personnel were friendly and helpful. Excellent place for lodging in sapa. Its situated close to the lake and in the heart of thriving retail districts. Ill rate this location five stars.

This is a great hotel in sa pa. The receptionist was very kind and cared about us all the time. Breakfast and meals were also very good. We did trudges and cat village tours with them and they are highly recommended. Our guide was incredibly nice native woman from the village who was amazing!.

The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable and the shower was big but the hot water was finished very quickly. The breakfast was delicious. And the location is great. We did our laundry, it took 24 hours. Also the smell wasnt amazing. I will come back to stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff who speak very good english. The hotel is very new and the room was very comfortable with windows to the exterior and a shower with upvc doors that prevent toilet floors from getting wet (not very frequent in budget places). We were in cheapest 3 star hotel in sapa one night before but that wasnt as good. This one was ok for eur5 more.

We stayed for 3 days and 1 night. The customer service from all the staff is what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Had an amazing stay. Good food and lots of it. Caters for asia and western tastes. Our tour guide dolisupan was great! Will be back.

The hotel is excellent, the staff speaks pretty good english and is very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and spotless. There was hot water in the shower. They even gave us a small bag with food and water for the journey when we checked out. Strongly advised!.

I reserved my stay through application. They actually have two buildings, and the lobby is located in the building with the black facade. My reservation included breakfast, which included smorgasbord spread for the buffet breakfast my favorites were rice porridge and peach juice. The room was adequate, with hot showers and air conditioning. It takes around five minutes to walk to the city center from this location. After checking out, i also left my luggage behind and picked it up later that night. Really affordable, great value!.

The hotel was reasonably priced at ps 23.00 we paid as a walkin customer on b&b. The room was clean and tidy, with tv facilities. Most importantly, the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was adequate but in terms of price paid, it was excellent. Worth the money the employees are worth! Thank you.

This hotel is lovely, peaceful, and has wonderful, helpful staff. My room was excellent. Very quiet, very clean, comfortable. The food was also delicious, with very generous portions. I loved every minute here and would definitely recommend it.
