A wonderful stay highlighted by lovely facilities and friendly and accommodating staff. Located in the Old Quarter makes the hotel close to so many fantastic places to visit for food, shopping and sightseeing. We will definitely be back to stay here the next time we visit Hanoi.

Everything about this hotel in Hanoi is wonderful. The staff, the rooms, the food. Everything is so clean. The location in the old quarter is close to many places to eat, especially " Beer Street". It's also a short walk to the Water Puppets. We would definitely go back again. The staff even gave us a welcome back dessert treat.

Hanoian Cetral Hotel deserves 5 stars in every way. Room was lovely with a comfy bed, free standing bath, many amenities. The breakfast was also great with a variety of hot and cold Asian and western dishes. Location of the hotel makes it an easy walk to the tourist sights. The thing that makes Hanoian Cetral Hotel stand out though is their staff. They will do anything to assist you, going beyond to please. And accommodate their guests. We would most definitely return to Hanoian Cetral Hotel on our next return to Hanoi. Thank you to all staff members for making our stay so memorable.

The staff really make this place special, nothing is to much trouble for them, every one of them is so polite and attentive, from managers to cleaners, the location of the hotel is perfect, right in the old quarter. The breakfast is a great buffet, something for everyone. Room is spotlessly clean, quietand comfortable. On the whole, really good value for money and i would definately stay again.

The breakfast was really good. The whole hotel felt clean and boutique. The staff was very friendly and the location was good so Hanoi was easy to visit. Nice hotel and reasonable price and the hotel price was really good. It was nice to be able to share with the staff member and ask Tri about the necessary services or questions you need. I want to stay again when I come to Hanoi next time. Very friendly.

I could highlight many aspects of this hotel, but I must summarize to be brief. The attention from the hotel staff is impeccable and unbeatable. These people go above and beyond for your comfort and relaxation, and they are there to help you with anything you need. Beyond being something cultural, they are super attentive to any detail. I must also highlight that the breakfast is very varied and very good, with many options including yogurts, salads, pastries, Vietnamese food, and even dishes from other cuisines. I hope they maintain this attitude and essence over the years; I can recommend it and I am very clear that I would return.

The front desk staff and all the bell boy provided excellent, courteous service at our time at the hotel. The food (morning buffet) had varied of traditional Vietnamese and western dishes as well. The food was excellent, the waiter was attentive. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel deserves 5 star ratings including location within walking distances of Hoan Kiem lake, and all the famous streets of Hanoi. I would comeback to Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa when I revisit Hanoi…soon

Definitely a 10 out of 10. The room is good, the receptionists are good, the breakfast is good, everything is so good that we had a perfect trip in Hanoi. Selena, the hotel staff, gave us a lot of help and recommendations. I truly appreciate her help which makes this trip even better. The location is in the old quarter area, which is convenient to many sightseeing spots. And there are also a lot of delicious foods nearby, even for late night snacks.
