Pengalaman hotel terburuk di Vietnam. Kamarnya tidak memiliki jendela dan itu bukan pilihan kami. Mereka dengan kasar meminta kami untuk membatalkan reservasi melalui dan membuat reservasi.

Paspor segera dikonfirmasi kepada kami. Headphone juga terlihat dan dilaporkan disimpan dengan aman. Uang tidak lagi menjadi masalah. Satu hal yang tidak boleh dilakukan staf hotel adalah mencuri dari tamunya.

Very clean! Wonderful stuff and great location. The room was quiet and there were no noises. Notable comfortable bed! Reasonable price. Breakfast has a lot of choices and tastes good. The minibar was full of drinks at local supermarket prices.

Hotel terburuk yang pernah ada, lantai kotor saat check-in, kondisi kamar sebenarnya berbeda dari gambar, kepala tempat tidur tertutup debu, hanya 1 staf yang memiliki sikap pelayanan yang baik, saya menginap di kamar 201.

Kamar yang saya tempati adalah nomor 1101, kondisinya cukup tua dan gelap, namun kebersihannya terjaga dengan baik. Mereka juga menyajikan makanan saat sarapan dengan rasa yang lezat.

Kamarnya tidak terlalu luas, cukup bersih, lokasinya dekat kemana-mana, hanya resepsionisnya kurang memahami bahasa Inggris, saat ditanya malah bingung, padahal butuh informasi, bukannya berusaha, tapi seperti tidak mau tahu. Liftnya kecil, kamar mandinya lumayan bersih, kalau untuk menginap atau tidur saja dengan budget, cukup bagus menginap di sini.

Saya memesan melalui aplikasi dan melihat rating di aplikasi Maps juga sempat khawatir, tetapi ketika saya mengalami sendiri, saya tidak mengerti mengapa dikritik. Kamar bersih, lengkap, interior kamar mandinya sangat bagus, semuanya sempurna, handuk bonus wanginya enak banget. Kekurangannya adalah AC-nya agak panas. Sarapan: Pesan kamar hampir 500, tapi tetap dapat sarapan prasmanan, lumayan, kualitas makanannya pas, pilihan makanannya banyak, overall bersih. Semua staf dari lobi hingga resepsionis ramah, melayani pelanggan dari A-Z, tidak kalah dengan resor mewah Lokasi: sangat strategis, dikelilingi minimarket, toko pakaian, dan pertokoan, hanya sekitar 5- 10 menit ke Vincom. Sangat direkomendasikan tempat ini, akan kembali jika ada kesempatan hehe.
