Following our several-day stay at Silverland Sakyo, we wanted to share our experience, which was overall exceptional. We had a wonderful stay at this establishment and genuinely appreciated every aspect of the hotel. Check-in: The welcome was warm, efficient, and highly professional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a refreshing drink in a beautifully decorated lobby. Our luggage was immediately taken care of, setting the tone for a stay focused on comfort and attention to detail. The room: Beautifully decorated and very elegant, the room was impeccable in terms of cleanliness. We especially appreciated the exceptional quality of the bedding and pillows — so much so that we would love to have the same ones at home! The many thoughtful touches, such as the fruit platter, complimentary drinks, and relaxing foot bath, truly made a difference. We have rarely seen so much care dedicated to the guest experience in a hotel room. Breakfast: The service was flawless, and the products offered were varied, fresh, and of excellent quality. A breakfast truly worthy of a 5-star hotel. Tea Time: The hotel offers a complimentary Tea Time that is absolutely incredible. A piece of advice: do not miss it! We could hardly believe our eyes at how generous and refined the offering was. Swimming pool: Although slightly small, the pool is still very pleasant, perfectly maintained, and offers a lovely view. This was one of the best boutique hotels I have stayed in over my years of travel. The hotel in conveniently located in district 1 to restaurants, stores, entertainment, and other sites. The staff is extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. As for the hotel, it is very clean. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The breakfast had a wonderful assortment of delicious food choices. Our whole stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel is located in Japanese town with many shops and restaurants nearby on the main streets. The hotel decors and rooms are Japanese inspired design. The staffs are wonderful, friendly and willing to help. The buffet breakfast is great with many options, a la carte is also available as well. The rooftop pool and sauna is awesome at the end of the day with a great view of the city. Overall, it is a great place to stay in the heart of HCM city.

Whenever I arrived I was checked in within mere minutes and up to my room. We stayed at the hotel for seven nights as a family of five, split between two rooms. Our experience was fantastic from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The staff were consistently attentive and service‑minded—everyone from the porters and housekeeping to the pool bar bartender and the reception team. The level of service was exceptional, and we truly felt valued throughout our stay. We did not have breakfast included, but it was available for purchase if we wanted it. We had planned to try it at least once, but unfortunately never got around to it. The gym appeared well maintained and adequately equipped with the essentials needed for a solid workout. If I were to point out one minor detail, it would be that the dumbbells were a bit too light, with the heaviest being 20 kg. This is a small detail, though, and quite common in many hotels I’ve visited. Overall, an excellent stay that exceeded our expectations.

The staff here is absolutely amazing, from arrival to departure. Clean room, free breakfast, minibar, and foot massage were included in our package. The nice personal note in our room by the staff upon entering was just the treat to kick my birthday weekend off. I recommend the Silverland and would stay here each and every time I am in Ho Chi Minh.
