We stayed three nights at the Bach Dong Resort. My girlfriend really enjoys the atmosphere and services here. They provide a free airport pickup service, and the staff is very friendly. The space is spacious and we stayed in a deluxe room and it was better than my expectations. I love the porch behind and relaxing on the mountain after sightseeing. With a reasonable price and close to the Bach Dong Night Market, it's easy for us to walk around.

Due to completely booked flights, we were stranded in PHP Quot, so we had to remain an extra week. We booked this last minute and it surpassed all of our expectations. It was inexpensive, with excellent air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and a good-sized pool. The rooms are a bit dusty, and the bathroom is dated, but we couldn't complain about the price. The area is very Vietnamese, but that's part of the charm. We hired a moped and would suggest this for getting around. There are many shops within walking distance, and the night market is only a 10-minute walk away. Would unquestionably recommend it for budget travelers.

The hotel is adequate but in a Vietnamese neighbourhood with little to see. The pros Clean, spacious rooms and reasonable prices. The cons There isnt much to see or do in that area. The employees' English was a bit lagging, so getting information was trying the elevators. The tall building was new but incredibly unplanned, so we had to take a few stairs. I would suggest staying in or much closer to the old quarter in Hanoi.

We had originally reserved 5 nights at the Bach Dong Resort, and because we had such a good time, we decided to stay for 2 more nights. We were worried when we first arrived because the resort appeared to be far from bars and restaurants, and to be fair, everything seemed to be a little mentally challenging! We needed more than a day to get our bearings, and we discovered that the main strip of bars was only a 510-minute taxi ride away, and taxis are so reasonably priced. Although language can occasionally be a barrier, the staff at Bach Dong are so nice. The staff will go out if they can, and nothing is too much difficulty. Simply ask, and they will do their best. To meet your needs. There was a bottle of water, tea, coffee, a hair dryer, and English sockets in the rooms, so there was no need for an adapter. Even though it is a walk I would not recommend, this location is excellent value and within walking distance of the night market. For us, the staff provided excellent service to make our visit so enjoyable.
