The bathroom is bigger than my house. Everything is bigger here, especially their employees. I hope they will open the pool for us to swim and I really love the rooftop look like Busan.

The hotel staff is very friendly and supportive, we call them again and again, the washroom and rooms are very clean, very hygienic, good continental breakfast, and the swimming pool is on 6 floors and open from 7 am to 9 am

It's a great hotel. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Most of the staff speaks some English. Can order taxis, cruises and other tourist experiences. On-deck swimming pool open during the warm season. A laundry service is available. Breakfast is available, just tell them the night before. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. AC, hot water and to. Shopping, restaurants, minimarts, massage are all within walking distance most of them are within a 5 minute walk.

Friendly and helpful staff, close to a halal restaurant and hour mini-mart, large rooms and well-appointed too. Our room had a bathtub and a rain shower. Really recommend for groups and families. The room is also very clean.

Thank you for the hospitality from the hotel staff. The cleanliness was good and the decoration was nice. The location is very close to the halal restaurant. The staff will help you if you need something. We booked a cruise tour and bus to Hanoi through them.
