Saya telah mengunjungi banyak tempat dengan harga dan desain arsitektur yang serupa. Dan ulasan m didasarkan pada pengalaman nyata, sesuai dengan harga antar tempat. Sebenarnya tempatnya jauh dari pusat kota dan berdasarkan pengalaman saya, harganya tidak sepadan. Resor ini cukup kecil. Naik turun tangga cukup curam dan tinggi, dibutuhkan 3 langkah untuk mencapai lobi. Setiap dari kamar ke lobi lelah dan kaki pegal, menuruni tangga juga sangat curam. Staf yang lelah membawa koper. Sarapannya tidak banyak, sedikit item. Tidak ada kulkas atau TV, saat ditanya resepsionis, resepsionis menjawab: resor ini memiliki auranya selaras dengan alam, jadi tidak ada TV atau kulkas, mungkin tidak TV, tapi tamu juga perlu minum air dingin. Kamar mandi tidak ada tempat untuk menggantung tisu toilet, gulungan tisu toilet yang tertinggal di dudukan toilet sangat tidak sedap dipandang dan berantakan. Perlengkapan pribadi murah dan tidak berkualitas, tidak memperhatikan perasaan pelanggan. Handuknya tipis, tidak tebal dan lembut. Kamarnya cukup kecil, tidak sebesar gambar. Tidak ada yang bisa mencetak poin selain staf yang sangat baik dan antusias. Saya telah mengunjungi banyak tempat dengan harga dan desain arsitektur yang serupa. Dan ulasan didasarkan pada pengalaman nyata, sesuai dengan harga antar tempat. Sebenarnya lokasinya jauh dari pusat kota dan berdasarkan pengalaman saya, harganya tidak sepadan. Jangan pernah kembali.

I cant wait to go back. It was a wonderful stay. Beautiful views, the hotel was aesthetically beautiful hanging over the hill. The staff was very helpful and genuine. The restaurant serves very good food.

This is a lovely place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of central sa pa, which can be very noisy and busy. The views from the mong village over the rice fields are breathtaking! Waking up to the view from the balcony is something we will never forget. Central sa pa is also only a 10minute taxi ride away, about 70.000 vnd. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful, the receptionist spoke excellent english and helped arrange taxis, etc. The resort is in a great location to start the trek just down the road. This hotel definitely worth the extra distance from sapa for the peace and quiet.

The mong village and spa, which is located outside of sapa town, requires daily transportation for all excursions. However, its secluded location from the village center offers a stunning view, offering a peaceful escape from the constant noise of cars. This was the only redeeming quality of the stay. Cons the service quality is mediocre, and every conversation feels transactional. When seeking advice on alternatives not offered by the resort, such assistance is notably lacking. For instance, the attempt to procure vnd 50,000 per person minivan tickets from sapa town to lai cai station. The recommended solution was an exorbitant usd 190 per taxi from the hotel to lai cai station. Even if it wasnt a service they offered, it would be nice to have that information so we could decide the best option for our budget. Additionally, bathroom plumbing issues create an unpleasant odor permeating the room. Poor soundproofing amplifies disturbances, giving the impression that your own door is opening or closing when neighbors enter or exit. Breakfast options are limited. Individuals with mobility issues should consider seeking alternative lodging options. While the resort offers hiking tours with englishspeaking guides from local ethnic minorities, the fees are exorbitant. A quick search online revealed alternative hiking companies in sapa town offering similar tours at a fraction of the price. We almost took up a trekking tour with the resort for usd 60 per person, but we discovered a similar trek in sapa town for usd 32 per person. Both options include a guide, a bottle of water, and lunch. In conclusion, the stay was utterly mediocre neither bad nor exceptional. Exploring other retreats or resorts, such as sapa clay house, with equally breathtaking views, would be a wise decision.

Pelayanannya sangat buruk, staf dan departemen perawatan terlalu tidak sopan kepada pelanggan. Kamarnya sangat penuh sarang laba-laba dan debu. Handuk bersih penuh dengan noda. Yang terburuk, ketika saya melaporkan masalah ini ke bagian resepsionis dan penjualan, saya tidak menerima penjelasan atau permintaan maaf dari pihak resor. Saya benar-benar tidak berpikir resor akan bekerja secara tidak profesional.

Even though my friends and i only stayed here for one night, it was a really wonderful experience. The staff is very kind and helpful! Unfortunately it rained all day, but in the morning we were able to see the valley view under the sunlight and it was so beautiful! So great place to take a break from city life.

Pengalaman yang sangat buruk di The Mong, dari menelepon langsung untuk memesan kamar, mentransfer deposit dan menghubungi di FB The Mong Village Resort and Spa, tidak pernah mengirim pesan comfim, menelepon kembali untuk mengatakan mereka sedang makan malam, datang untuk check-in dan keluar untuk makan. Ketika saya pulang larut malam, tidak ada bola lampu di depan pintu kamar untuk mengidentifikasi nomor kamar. Tidak ada listrik di jalan menuju kamar bawah. Jalannya sangat licin dan ayah saya malah jatuh. Pintu tidak bisa dibuka dan tidak ada listrik di kamar untuk memeriksa kunci. Secara keseluruhan, tidak sebanding dengan uang yang dikeluarkan untuk menginap di The Mong.

Lokasi Mong Village Resort dan Spa ini sangat bagus, terletak di dataran tinggi lembah Muong Hoa, sehingga Anda dapat melihat seluruh lembah. Stafnya sangat bersemangat dan makanannya enak. Namun, saya menyarankan dua hal yang harus ditingkatkan oleh hotel ini: Harus ada jalan menuju persawahan di bawah (gerbang belakang) agar para tamu dapat mengambil foto, terutama pada musim padi mendatang. Terdapat informasi untuk memandu pengunjung ke beberapa tempat di dekat resor (karena saya menemukan informasi online terkadang tidak seakurat pengalaman saya).

Kami baru saja menginap selama 3 malam di bulan Mei dengan pemandangan lembah ganda yang mewah. Kamarnya oke, tapi tidak ada bak mandi. Pemandangannya sangat indah, tapi jalan di bawahnya terlalu dekat. Sangat bising sepanjang hari. Resor ini sama sekali tidak ramah untuk para senior, banyak anak tangga yang harus kami naiki dan turunkan setiap hari. Beberapa langkah terlalu sempit (kesalahan arsitek) sehingga dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan. Akses untuk penyandang disabilitas dan kursi roda juga tidak ada (kesalahan arsitek juga). Ada tanah longsor di depan resor dan para pekerja sedang mengerjakannya. Hal ini menyebabkan debu dan bau di udara. Satu-satunya hal yang bisa menghibur kami adalah staf yang sangat antusias dan ceria, dan dapur memasak makanan lezat meskipun serbetnya sudah sangat tua, pudar dan usang, semoga dicuci. Jalan menuju ruang makan harus melalui area toilet yang didesain untuk menampilkan seluruh toilet. Desainnya terlalu banyak kesalahan!

Selain pemandangan alam pegunungan dan hutan, Villa Ressot tidak memiliki yang istimewa. Harga terlalu tinggi, kamar kecil dan sempit. Namanya villa mewah, tetapi sebenarnya kamarnya tidak ada bedanya dengan hotel, kamarnya kecil dan sempit. Tidak ada ruang tamu, tidak ada TV. Resor ini memiliki kolam air panas yang indah.

I reserve a regular room for two people in early november. Its a round two million motobike ride from the city center of sapa, but its very good for exploring the Ta Van area, the best of Sapa right now. The room is large and clean, but the floor was wet? My room has a bacon view in the morning. You can take a walk tour around the hotel area. You guys can take a walk around the hotel area. Trust me, you must love this. I may never visit sapa again, but the feeling i had walking around this area was priceless.
