Suasananya nyaman. Echinan Repeater hanya direkomendasikan.

This place is in a great location, right in the middle of everything! Its affordable! The service staff are very kind! Its an old building with some poorly maintained features. But its a good place!.

Lokasi hotelnya sangat bagus, tetapi Anda harus berjalan beberapa langkah untuk mencapai kamar Anda.

4.8/517 Aug 2024

One of the best affordable hotels in hoan kiem, hanoi. I stayed here for 5 nights and it was really peaceful and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and cooperative, one of them always asked me to clean my room in the morning which i didnt need, but if i wanted something he would always get it right away. You can always check the room to see if everything is fine before paying for it, and you can easily negotiate the price with them and they will do it with a smile.

The staff was polite and helpful in meeting all my needs. It was a pleasure to stay in a room with a view of the street. Welldecorated, with excellent furniture, a nice tub, and a large window to let in the morning sun. The location is excellent.

What a fantastic location, right in the middle of things in the historic old district of Hanoi! The room is large and well-kept by the friendly staff. Knowledgeable and polite, always smiling. I would highly recommend the queen hotel and spa 2 as a budget-friendly and great place to stay.

Hotel ini tidak menyediakan tempat parkir mobil. Saya membatalkan reservasi tanpa membayar.

4.6/520 Jul 2024

Kelebihan: Staf (orang Vietnam menyukainya), lokasi bagus, hotel yang cukup tenang. Kekurangan: Hotel tua dengan masalah di kamar. Tempat tidur kotor. Jejak kotoran di kepala tempat tidur. Tidak ada lemari es di kamar saya. AC saya tidak memiliki peredam. Air berbayar. Pembayaran setelah check-out dari hotel.

Only repeat customers of etsunan should stay here. Because it is right next to hanoi cathedral, the location was great. A bell ringing. The only downside is that there is no elevator, up and down stairs. There are many restaurants and atms near the lake. Convenient.

4.6/520 May 2024

Resepsinya bagus.

We had a pleasant experience at the hotel. It was cozy and convenient for our stay.

4.6/522 Jan 2024

4.6/54 Jan 2024

The hotel is not very clean, but the location is good.

4.6/510 Dec 2023

4.6/521 Jun 2023

You can walk to the center of hanoi from this location, which is very close to the cathedral and the lake. Everything you need is in the room.

4.6/56 Jun 2023
