About your order

Domestic

  • The vendor will confirm your order no later than 1 hour before departure.
  • Passengers will be contacted by the vendor to confirm the pick-up location and time in accordance with a maximum of 60 minutes after the order is confirmed.
  • For transfer provided by Golden Bird, you can go directly to the Golden Bird counter in the airport's arrival area.

 

International

You will find information such as travel details, e-ticket, and vendor or driver contact on “Your Orders” menu once your booking is confirmed.
