The Hotel is situated in the center of the old city and within walking distance to most historical attractions and the famous Targovi district, which is filled with restaurants and shopping. Room and bathroom were large enough well equipped with a comfortable bed and bench. Some standard amenities like an electric kettle and free teacoffee, shower cap, tooth brush, shaving kit, and tissue box were missing. Carpet was not clean, dust was visible over furniture and towels were not clean enough, so the hotel should pay more attention to cleanliness. The ac and safe werent working properly, the room was too cold and we had to ask for service 3 times until they got it right. Breakfast was very basic with a limited variety and no self-service teacoffee. There was just one person serving guests at breakfast and the wait was long and the finished items on the breakfast table were not recharged. Hotel needs more staff for restaurant. The lift was small, terrace arcade works in the summer and was closed when we were there. One of the problems is that the hotel is inside a gated area and guards occasionally don't let outside vehicles enter so you have to walk from the gate to your hotel which can be difficult if you are with luggage or heavy stuff. It's a nice hotel. If you want to save your money, you can use this hotel. There is a high standard of service. The staff is pleasant. All of this is remote. The hotel is in the heart of the city. You won't need a taxi to enter or go to the mall or icers safari, one of the best places to go to Bulvar for tourists. Choose this hotel because it's very pleasant. Everyone is Muslim. As a Muslim girl, I have a hard time feigned this city and this hotel.

If you're looking to explore all of the bake's top attractions, this hotel comes highly recommended. Near the top most city center locations such as Icherishehold bake citynizami street, median tower, sea boulevard, and flame towers are just a short stroll away. Numerous small to large general stores are nearby. Perfect hotel for a family stay. The room was quite compact, with the latest conveniences, and the hotel personnel was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast buffet was delicious, and timings are also quite convenient. Looking forward to staying at this hotel on my next trip.

The hotel is excellent at its finest. It is a moderately sized hotel. I spent about three days here. The personnel is extremely welcoming and helpful, and they make an effort to assist in every area. The airport is only 25 minutes away from the white city, the heart of it, and the hotel is in the city. A sizable bravo supermarket and subway are close by. There was a large to, a sofa, and a table at the front desk, which is small. In the room I stayed in, there was no air conditioning, the room was in an average temperature, the bathroom floor was hot, and it was supposed to have a comb system. Breakfast is an additional expense and not included in the room rate. However, I purchased and consumed on the street before going to the motel after seeing some grocery stores. Because white city's affordable cost is highly suggested, it is an average-quality accommodation.

The excelsior served a hearty meal during the recent week's busy weekend that came out of the International Women's Day holiday on March 3. We eagerly reserved a reservation because we were not aware when we checked in on a recent Saturday that the hotel was planning a special women's day dinner with a band for Monday. Our trip was well ended with it. Although there were social distancing measures in place, we still had a place to dance. Every morning's dinner and breakfast were both excellent. However, we did have one last chance before checking out the following morning. After getting into shape during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, it was great to be able to take full advantage of a gym, swimming pool, and racquetball court. The fitness center director, clear, was extremely helpful and speaks remarkably good English. The other hotel employees were as well excellent. We heartily suggest this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in bake, as well as to those seeking a staycation such as ours. Furthermore, it is conveniently located in a convenient part of the city, and all rooms appear to have wonderful views. For another national holiday, we want to stay at the excelsior again.

Our tour group of thirteen stayed at this hotel for three nights before heading south to Georgia. The receptionists already had our room sharing organized through our local peregrine contact office, so I was able to grab a room key and ride the elevator up the stairs to the third-floor room. Very impressed with the size of the room and it's outlook. Instructions for the television were inadequate, but a maintenance technician arrived after a request at the front desk to explain how to use the equipment. Lots of channels available in multiple languages. The bed is comfortable and the shower is excellent. The buffet meals were plentiful and varied, so nobody went hungry. A highly recommended base for touring, but local streets are quite narrow and many are one-way streets. An attractive neighborhood park nearby is always busy with people relaxing and enjoying life. There is a grocery store across the street that sells nearly everything one would want.

This hotel is just a short walk from the beach amenities. We booked as a family of 3 and were confused by translations as 2 people, but the hotel offered to put a single bed in our spacious room and has a large hallway. When we checked out they took their time checking the minibar. The English level is a bit low but adequate.

The room was so spacious, the toilet was so nice, and the mattress was so amazing, so I was very happy. The ambiance was so lively. The price for the superior room was about eur 110, breakfast included. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away. The view from my room was so unique, especially when I left the room. The web connection was slow and terrible, which is a major drawback. If you want to stay long, I think it's fine.

This weekend I volunteered for training sessions at the Four Seasons Hotel Bake for ten days. I want to express my gratitude to the banquet crew for their excellent hospitality and special care for the guests. I just asked to have gluten-free desserts for coffee breaks, but the team lived up to my expectations. During lunchtime, they offered me each time special gluten-free desserts created for me. We were staying here last time and we were glad to stay here. I have a good experience in this place. We also got some good hospitality for the price. The staff is very kind and honest, especially the front desk manager. I highly recommend this place to the guest. This place is close to the market and hospital. There is also a bus stop in the area, so communication is good.
