Pelayanan & fasilitas bersih & okey. Lokssi tidak jauh dari halte bus, hanya agak jauh dari tempat wisata makanan/kuliner atau supermarket/mini store. Saat cek ini, ternyata ditagih pajak lagi sekitar 28 Euro, kami pikir sudah termasuk saat booking sudah include pajaknya. Harap dicantumkan / info pada saat booking onlinenya. Thanks

I really appreciate it, he is a good person to work with. The staff were so helpful and kind, and all the activities were so easy. It turns out that there is a wonderful heritage building in the heart of Groningen. If you want to view the canal, ask for a canal view! The best Dutch service employees are always polite and practical. The breakfast buffet was very good and served in an attractive dining room. The town center's shops, cafes, and bars are all within walking distance. There are no drawbacks to report for this establishment! Tips 1. If your dirty laundry has accumulated in your travels, a kind of laundry is very good. There is a 15 minute walk around the corner on Neebebjestraat. The cost of a small bag is 8 euros. If youre at the railway station, it may be too far to walk. Get a taxi for 10 euros.

A perfect place to stay, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds, great cleaning service, coffee maker in the room, central location, 15 minutes' walk to train station, 2 minutes' walk to bus station, and the Pizzeria 2 minutes away. Nice personnel.

The personnel here were very helpful, especially when we had a payment issue. The location was in a very quiet area, yet close to the metro station and city center. Nevertheless, the room was a bit small and nice. They also served free coffee and tea in the lobby area. This hotel is very pleasant to stay at.

The hotel de dozen was a wonderful experience for us. The receptionists were wonderful, and the welcome was exceptional. They were very kind and helpful in recommending things to do in the city. The hotel is directly on the main square, close to a variety of pubs and restaurants with a wide variety of options. Walking around the city center is enjoyable, and strolling along the canals is enjoyable. Free coffee, tea, and cookies that were offered throughout the day and in the evening were a really nice touch. Although the room was fairly small with a rooftop view, it was clean, with large windows that could be opened for fresh air, and actually very comfy. Breakfast was excellent. The only drawback for me would be that parking was about 4 blocks away in a parking lot, but that is a minor inconvenience considering how nice the location was to stay. I'd be happy to return and stay there at any time!.

I've stayed at the student hotel Groningen for over 4 weeks and had a great experience. The staff is very friendly and the place is always well-kept and clean. The hotel is close to the city center, but not too noisy.

Located in the middle of everything. The check-in process is a bit complicated. There is a bike rental available for 15 euros per day. The amenities are not there, and you have to buy your own soap.

Our stay at tsh groningen was very enjoyable. We started the year with our team there. Very nice people and very good facilities. We will definitely stay here again. Working space is suitable for training and teambuilding.

We are going to come back to stay at this hotel. This hotel was running smoothly. The interior design was also attractive. We got a very generous breakfast. The service was attentive, the central location was nice. Plus the price was reasonable.

I was very satisfied with the accommodation, especially the cleaning and lovely room. The service from the hotel and restaurant staff was very professional and helpful. The hotel has a beautiful exterior and is located close to restaurants. We really enjoyed our breakfast every morning. The coffee and tea are available in the lobby around the clock.

This old student hotel has a cool vibe and atmosphere. But as a hipster boomer we didn't feel out of place. This hotel is friendly and it's cool. The bathroom floor is still wet after showering.

Great hotel in the heart of Groningen. Friendly, competent, and knowledgeable staff. Excellent breakfast buffet, but only a few catering services. Thats appropriate because the city center is right there. The rooms are medium sized, everything works, and the beds are great. I stayed in a separate room with a family of 4 and 2 teenagers.

The young guy at the reception who serves as a bar and serves breakfast, snacks, and so on was nice and friendly. And then the room was never cleaned on any of the 3 days I'm there, and the only one was there were some smelly trash left for 2 days.

We had a bad experience while staying here. Because of the weather, we were hoping for a hotel with a pool and this hotel worked perfectly. I got a room with a fantastic view and the staff were friendly and accommodating to all our requests. This place is not far from the center, has decent access and is only a kilometer from the nearest grocery store. But if you want a peaceful few days in nature, this place works perfectly.
