Meskipun hotel ini sulit dijangkau dengan public transport karena halte bus terdekat cukup jauh, tapi naik Uber car dari stasiun Zwolle relatif murah. Hotel sesuai standar Bintang 4, bersih, terawat, nyaman. Resepsionis yang sangat brilliant dan ramah. Bahkan membantu memberikan anak saya kegiatan coloring saat saya menerima tamu di restaurant mereka. Makanan yang dihidangkan untuk dinner juga fantastic! Burger, pork steak, kroket dan kopi semuanya enak! Kamar sudah di set untuk 4 orang, ada kopi capsules, teh dan minuman gratis tersedia di kamar. Anak-anak enjoy bathtub. Pengalaman yang sempurna!

It’s an old hotel, but it's clean and spacious. The bed is okay. Kind of noisy because our room is facing the main street. There’s a supermarket by the corner of the street, we bought snacks and bread for breakfast. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the town centre, where you can have lots of good food. The receptionist is really nice, they let us change to a lower-level room because we’ve struggled to carry our three big luggage with stairs as the elevator was broken. The cons is our keycard wasn’t working most of the time, we need to go the receptionist just to open our room.

I stayed here with 6 other friends. We had a kitchen that was mostly unusable but well-equipped with a coffee and tea supply, some magazines, and a very large and beautiful piece of artwork in the living. The room is beautiful and has thoughtful function. The bed, shower, and toilet were good, as was the view of the old church square. Breakfast is modest and a bit pricey for the simple menu tea, yoghurt or slices of bread, but it's enough and is served very nicely. The staff was friendly and warm welcome, including a great coffee.

I had the most wonderful time and will come back to stay here again. It was lovely to have a drink and the room was wonderful. The location is near enough to the city center. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant but that's another review.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in this place. Excellent value for money, the rooms and beds are average but fine for 1 night stay, the breakfast is good and extensive, and it is nice to have a meal in the room with service from the bar to 8, the menu is limited but the food choice is fine.

The service from the station manager was also awful because of the fact that we had to pay for the room before we entered the room. I didn't expect much from the other staff. I like the food that is available at the continental breakfast. The breakfast was also disappointing as a continental breakfast.

Not the first time. Always choose actors hotels. This one is a great location for no excursions to North. But this time I felt some staff staff cuttings were free in the room. First impression I had at a 4 star actor hotel. The rest is ok.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern, clean and well maintained. The hotel is close to the highway and easy to find. Surrounded by farmland. Hence it is a long walk into the town if on foot.

Excellent hotel, incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Overall a very pleasant experience. A perfect fit for my needs. The breakfast is definitely worth having, great choice, extremely well presented, and the service was impeccable.

What a warm welcome, a kind of welcome you don't get at all. No stressful checking, rather completely relax, with a welcome drink on the patio. Even the luggage was brought to the room. The room is spacious, modern and comfortably furnished. Overall, I am convinced of the experience, if only all hotels were like it.

I can see that they have some uncomfortable shoes when we left the room. They said that the room was a bit dirty and they should have fixed the shoes before we leave. Besides that, we couldn't stand the smell in the hallway. And then, the room was tiny because the sofa bed was extended so it was quiet around the corner. Subsequently, the breakfast menu was okay.

The hotel is trying hard to stand out in the market area and it is what I've achieved. The bathroom robes in our room and all the vanity products were nice but there is only a small selection of tea and coffee supplies.

Why would you want to turn off the air conditioning here? Since we were so hot, so can't know the reason why the air conditioner was turned off when it was so hot. This place is very well located, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was great, although they did not provide a fridge.

The room was nice, clean, etc. but not big. The window faces an outside sitting area for other guests. Would recommend getting another room. Kettle and a few tea bags, no fridge. No desk. Breakfast was not included in the price. The hotel is off the beaten path, the area surrounding the hotel itself is green, but soon to become an industrial complex with wide roads in the American style. Public transport is only available Monday to Friday and is limited and far away. Due to the virus situation, the hotel was, I suppose, pretty empty.
