The hotel was nice. The staff that welcomed me while checking in first offered a twin bed with no extra charge by saying there was no more single bed room available. But I insisted on single bed cause if I wanted a twin bed; I'd order that from the very start. At the end, I got the single bed room as per what I ordered. The room seemed to be available, not sure why did I even offer a twin bed, this was such an uncalled behavior from the staff. Needless to say, the stay was nice as the hotel has a connecting floor to the mall which made it easier for me to go to Skydome since I had a concert to attend to. Breakfast was great. Thanks!

It's nice place.. Even though for 3 days no internet because of the provider problem.. But at first they really give us effort. Come earlier coz the changes schedule of airplane the give us early cek in n after that they upgrade our room coz no internet in the first room.. Even one of the employees really do effort about my television he really want to change the television even though the problem is connection.. I really will going back again to this hotel. N really recommend low budget hotel ever at Manila.. Salute for the staff really doing they hospitality..

Recommended hotel.. Across the SM North Edsa very accessible. The employees really helpfulness n they hospitality is very good.. Wifi is good. Room always clean. Only the tv we can't access that time coz have trouble with the signal of tv. But overall it's really good. We'll come back here again if we visit Manila next time.
