I love this hotel. I had a good experience over the 4 days 3 nights conference. Foods are amazing too! It's only on the secod day the room service did not replace the conplimentary water bottle and towels.When I complaint to the front desk, she said it was only one time service and they gave towels to the room. On the third day, they gave the complimentary water bottled again. not sure what went wrong. The aircon didn't seem to work on the 1st day but without me telling anything, they fix it right away.

What a wonderful experience. Nick welcomed us right away at our entrance and gave us some excellent recommendations for local restaurants and excursions. The bar, pool, and spa staff was all very friendly and accommodating throughout our staff. Natalia was amazing in connecting us with a sailboat cruise and making our experience fun and exciting! We look forward to returning. The only complaint I have is that I wish the smoking rooms were on one side of the hotel. We couldn't enjoy our balcony from the smoke coming in from other balconies.

In April 2017 my boyfriend and I traveled to Mallory and had a terrible time at this hotel. We initially reserved our room online through the company's website because it claimed to include amenities like free gifts upon arrival, free wifi, and discounts. Nevertheless, when we came to the hotel, none of these were taken into consideration, and since they were unable to locate ours, we had to show them a personal copy of our reservation details to get WiFi. It was unsettling, but it is strange that the hotel did not keep it on file. Our room was fine. We promptly alerted the staff about a massive crack in the balcony door. As others have pointed out, the view was poor and faced a different building. Furthermore, the air conditioner didn't appear to work. We were mostly there at night when it was cooler, but it would still be something to consider for visitors traveling in warmer months. Additionally, there was no decent door in the bathroom, despite the fact that there were a few plates, forks, and knives. Nonetheless, a bunch of restaurants and shops are near the hotel, and there are many them. The location of the hotel is pretty convenient. There is a bus stop right across the street, so accessing the property is fairly simple. However, when we contacted the staff, they refused our request for a new room. Overall, the occurrence made

We stayed in a seaside side room. Beautiful fresh decor. A compact but wellequipped room with good storage. We used a very useful small refrigerator to store soft drinks. The buffet food was excellent, and our half board deal was incredibly affordable. Beautiful and supportive personnel. For an evening cocktail, the rooftop terrace is lovely. It is mostly a bike, scooter, and a tiny tourist train that travels between the hotel and the beach. The beach is lovely, clean, and wellkept, and lifeguards are on duty. When we were there, there was a nice pool in the hotel, and there were enough sun loungers. Bus and taxi service is quick and convenient to get to Palm. This hotel has a fantastic supermarket across the street in the back of the hotel. Although it is close to the airport, flight noise wasnt intrusive. Deposits for pool towels can be refunded, and you may change them as frequently as you like. Never had to wait more than a minute for one in two small elevators. Beautiful public spaces with both indoor and outdoor seating. I wouldnt think twice about coming back at the hotel.

Overall, we had a great time at the calm illusion. The hotel is tidy and well-kept, which is what youd expect from the region. Since we didn't spend too much on this trip, the reality far outperformed our expectations. The majority of the staff were really helpful, especially the front desk manager, who was always happy to answer any questions we had. There should be something for every taste in the plentiful and reasonably diversified cuisine. You should unquestionably hire a safe, as I had stated in my title. One morning while out for less than an hour someone felt it was necessary to break into our room, nothing was taken as all valuables were in the safe, and I have terrible clothing taste. The front desk staff was really helpful and the repairs were performed in five minutes. Please do not let this let you down because our vacation was less than ideal but we didn't let it negatively affect our day or week, they happen. In conclusion, I wouldn't think twice about going back to the peaceful illusion in the future.

The location is a little bit away from everything, the place is placed only ten minutes walk from the beach and another ten minutes by taxi ride to Palm and the airport, and on the rooftop, the atmosphere is very peaceful. The bed was comfortable. The staff was kind. The curtains kept the room dark and comfortable for sleeping. The food is also very good, they serve great food and furniture for the decor.

Food was perfect, hotel staff were always smiling and kind. The entertainment team was great! Their shows were really professional. The hotel doesn't have any individual beaches, but you can access a public beach and 2 beach clubs. We went to a public beach and it was a really good sea and beach.

Casa Maca comes highly recommended, however, I was unsure of what to expect as a solo diner and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the service was attentive all night. The food was excellent and had a nice wine list. The location is impressive, and the breathtaking panoramas on a moonlit night are truly breathtaking. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I have never been denied early checkin for early flights from liverpool or manchester. Book for a discount in the direct? Everything you require is within a 5-minute stroll. No hills and the beach and promenade are one minute away, and the Palm and airport are just one minute away by bus. A sizable, inexpensive supermarket is located two minutes away. Due to this, there are very few tourists and peace, but if you need a cheap, peaceful getaway, this is the place to be, and the sea is still warm. Basic but adequate sea view rooms. Im grading this on value for your money and location.

The service was very kind and pleasant. The staff is very kind and helpful especially to our 1 yearold daughter who is on vacation and treats her to a bowl of ice cream before her main meal. We were one of the first to arrive, and the selection was mostly steak or fish of the day! Despite their appearance on the grill, both seemed fantastic, but we preferred the tomahawk to share. I normally order rare, but mediumrare was excellent cooked, making it a winner. We also purchased corn on the cob chips and truffle mash, which we thought were fries but were crisps because we didnt have any. The venue is very exclusive.

This is my three reasons to go to playa de palm. There are many good hotels in Playa de Palm, but very few are centrally located in such a quiet location, it's like a magic trick just a few minutes from Megapark, bus stops to palm or airport, resort center and the beach, but it might as well be a silent part of roller or pollen. two excellent restaurants, delicious, unpretentious freshly prepared food and a spotlessly clean estate shared amenities with another great property, Taurus Park. Three and most importantly, the smartest, nicest, most polite and hardworking team I have ever met. From the excellent cleaners to the exceptional squad at the restaurant to the professional bar staff and the multilingual and talented reception team everyone knew what they were doing and you can immediately tell that it's not just a disparate group of people this is a dedicated group that makes each customer and every day count. Note to gruphotel, guest relations is a genuine talent gracious, professional, quickwitted and exceptional company representative.

A very helpful staff, an unlimited brunch, 81330 sausages, eggs boiled and scrambled, beans, fried vegetables ratatouille, potato and vegetable croquettes, fruit, yogurt, bread, cheese, sliced meat, salad, pastries, pizza, coffee, tea, juice, close to the beach, many restaurants and corner stores, on the 25 bus route to palm 2 and the airport bus a is 5. We stayed here for two nights and had a great time. It is only marked down because it is not a 5-minute stroll to the old town as referenced on application, it is more like 2025 minutes and the wifi is at best patchy. We were charged for a sea view room and took a 14-euro taxi from the airport. If you want a sea view, you must be on Level 4 or 5. The hotel is situated on five levels and has a fantastic view, and it is located at the end of a lovely beachfront lined with excellent bars and restaurants. The hotel's breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options and clearly fresh ingredients. The pool is lovely at first and the entire pool area is very well done. All in all, I would highly suggest it but also note the two reasons we made it down.

The staff is friendly, the food is very tasty, the room and swimming pool are beautiful, we got a great lucia at the receptionist, she explains everything about the hotel and gives us a nice welcome drink from her. I can recommend it and will stay here again soon.

We reserve a room with sea view directly from the hotel for a fortnight break. We arrived around 10 pm, and check-in was quick and easy, a receptionist told us about the meal hours and gave us a code for the free safety deposit box. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of hot and cold options. We didn't order dinner, so I can't comment on the hotel's excellent location. Both supermarkets and restaurants are close by, the pool areas are spotless, and the staff appeared pleasant and friendly. The sky bar is a wonderful place to unwind and take pictures, on our last day, we booked a Balinese bed for 44 euros, which included four beers and fruit skewers. There were no real complaints about the hotel because it seemed fair value and the staff, especially the cleaners, were courteous and friendly, aiming to return next year.

The hotel is excellent. there are so many bars and restaurants with great food. Great location, close to the airport, so a quick transfer and not far from ibiza town. You have the best of both worlds on the beach. The hotel team is so friendly and helpful. In the evening there is a performance at the theatre which is professional and great fun.
