We are a large family with 22 sons, daughters, and grandchildren. Recently, we booked a week holiday at this wonderful location in Barnes overland. The location was large enough for all our families, and we had it all to ourselves. The owners and staff are very nice and helpful. The lodgings are very comfortable and clean. The location is great, and the view outside is a dream. The outside space was great and my granddaughter had a great time swinging and trampoline. Highly recommended for large families. Uri.

Overall, a wonderful stay, and it comes highly recommended! Very warm welcome. The hotel lives up to its description and pictures. Lovely, spotless room and bathroom. There was also a dog bed, a water bowl, and a welcomed treat for my dog. Additionally, there was an extra door tag stating that there was a dog in the room. Very convenient if you want to keep the dog in the room for a brief period of time. Because there is so much more, the breakfast buffet offers a wide range, including scrambled eggs and bacon, cold cuts, salmon, and a wide variety of cheeses, a fresh fruit salad, and freshly squeezed orange juice, just to name a few. I want to specifically thank the exceptionally attentive breakfast staff who gave me a variety of lactose-free and plant-based milk and yogurt options, which I could also choose before arriving.

We just stayed one night because we were 3 motorcyclists on our trip. We were drawn to this property by very high ratings on application 8. 6 and its location on our tour. It is very new, the lodging is excellent, and the owner is friendly and helpful. There is no food, which is a drawback. But, the owner recommended a restaurant for 25 minutes to walk away, depending if you used the road or walked directly over a long area of grass. We ate at the recommendation for dinner and breakfast, see other reviews, and were impressed. The accommodation here is above average in terms of space, and the bed and bathroom are very good. The rooms can feel a little dark because some rooms have an earth bank behind them, limiting the sunlight. However, the views from the public areas and outside are amazing. It is very quiet, and we all had a good nights sleep. This would be an excellent choice for families who eat elsewhere or use the picnic tables outside.

The plus is that it is near to Möringen train station and next to a mirror and a coop. The receptionists were friendly, the beds were very comfortable and freshly juiced orange juice at the breakfast buffet cover. Parking is available on-site to improve there is too many flies in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. There were no flyers of the region that were freely available in the reception area so we had to explicitly request one. The bathroom, particularly the shower, may be more modern. The small table over the basin wasn't ideal.

This hotel was wonderful, it has beautiful surroundings and an attentive owner. The cleanliness of the rooms was great, and the bed was comfy, plus the coffee machine was available for guests to use, the facilities were so helpful, and the washing and drying area was great. Great table in the reception with log burners so that guests can rest when it gets colder. It was a great spot to eat together, we bought some food from the local market, and we enjoyed games in the evening. I would definitely stay here again.

We only spent one night here with another family as a short weekend to see Reichbach Falls and the Are gorge. I mention it because it's not typical of such places and we appreciate it greatly. The apartment is big and can hold an adult couple and 1 bedroom with 4 kids and another bedroom with two double deck beds. There is also another sofa that opens to a bed so the whole 8 can stay here. The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen and all the necessary things to prepare whatever you want for breakfast or dinner. There is a good coffee machine with coffee and sugar! And some other basic items in the closets. The view from the room is simply spectacular, we call it a view of a chocolate wrap. There is a nice garden patio, a playground for children and a small soccer field. If it was possible, we would have stayed here for a week, waking up to the amazing view, playing outside and wandering the area, which is full of activities during summer. The site seems to be brand new and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and makes you feel like you are part of the family. We will return here in summer to explore more of the valley.

There isn't a restaurant in the hotel, but it is in the heart of the hamlet, offering several options just a short distance away, so it's a win-win situation. At the breakfast, the receptionists were nice, but their room was gray, maybe there was a language problem. What should I say? No one calls kindly, but the customer doesn't know their language. There is a water kettle kettle and tea in the room, and the bed was cozy. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but the hotel is in the middle of the village, with many choices nearby, so it's really not an issue. The breakfast had a nice selection and the fresh juice maker of orange juice machine had a lot of options. I had previously checked if our dog was permitted, and nowhere wasn't stated that there was an additional fee, and the confirmation didn't. There was a comfortable dog bed on the side, and a bowl and treats were prepared, which was a really nice touch. Also, there was nowhere a fee for the underground garage. The parking lot is narrow, and because we have a midsize car that will barely fit, if you have an SUV or a large car, you may want to park in the street for free at night.

Quite clean and fresh, with an airplane theme. The building is old but definitely refurbished, and the furnishings of the rooms are nice and modern and clean. Oddly, reception hours close at rp and there seems to be no management on site at night, they rely on some central switchboard in Germany to answer guests questions after hours? Breakfast was okay, some lack of choices, but satisfying. I would stay here again.

We came for a two-night visit with a total family of 8 adults and 5 kids. The reservation was made on application, however, there was only one double room available for one night due to the wrong sync. The host, Daniel, claimed that this happens with last-minute bookings because the sync failed. Despite the fact that the booking website had verified the rooms, please make sure to check with the rental immediately if the reservation was successful. Daniel is a humble and extremely helpful person who made the necessary arrangements to meet us all. He is continually accessible as he is living in the same location. 2 rooms in the mountain view apartment, including one double sofa bed and 4 bunk beds. We attempted to make adjustments in this apartment. Although the kitchen had a microwave, it was out. Other than that, the accommodations are roomy and pleasant. The mountains are breathtaking from the rooms and outside. There are few grill locations nearby. One night, we grilled. Firewood was provided. There is a trampoline, swing, slide, and a tiny football field for children. A free coffee maker is available in the foyer. Thank you for your stay, Daniel. We'll soon return.

We stayed here for 2 nights and honestly couldn't complain. The room is very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff is very friendly and friendly. The breakfast was very good for covid 19 times and we always had the same table assigned, which made us feel very comfortable. Parking is provided directly in the hotel. The best part of the hotel is the design, it is very nicely done!.
