The location is great for the hotel, with a good service, especially the housekeeper and receptionist. It is also a very good place. The personnel are very helpful, and there are many smiling faces of all the employees, but I wanted to thank the waiter, real bey, in the lobby bar, particularly. Poor service, nice river view, and good food. This hotel is far from the city center. But the staff is kind and friendly. There is a tram nearby but it is difficult to buy a card. After that, it is very easy to use. About 10 lila will be needed to drive one way. The station toilet is clean and you can use the same card to get in. Sadly, this hotel is not in the city center.

It made me wait for a while before the flight connects. The staff was very attentive. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for the brief pause. Bed was clean and comfortable. I didn't taste the food, so can't comment on that.

The hotel is very nice, especially the service is 5 out of 5. All the employees are very helpful, the receptionist and housekeeper are always smiling, I want to especially thank the waiter real bey in the lobby bar. He provided the best service and was very helpful and smiling all the time. Thank you Movenpik!

The price was expensive for one tea bag so you should be cautious when drinking herbal tea in your room. The breakfast here was delicious, with a very convenient location.

It was good to stay here. But be careful with drinking herbal tea from the room because it costs 80 lira for one tea bag. Like any other hotel, I think it was free. The location is bad, it's too far from the bust area. The breakfast was good.
