Was a full kitchen. Room clean, che kin fellow was very helpful. Had beach views and very close to Surfers tram station and beach. Just no internet

Good views , 3 min walk to beach . 10 min walk to Cavill ave . Tram stop 5 min walk . Good pool , small but adequate gym . Excellent service . Roy at reception is very friendly helpful and accommodating. Enjoyed our stay. Will stay again . Would highly recommend

Great place to stay, very well maintained for an older building. Ammenities are fantastic and room was very spacious. The property is will sign posted with directions and rules but the management is not overbearing or enforcing so the respect at the property is very high and well respected. The manager Roy is a great host and made us feel welcome and helped us a lot. Thanks Roy, you’re amazing!

We loved stating at Aristocrat Apartments on our holiday. The location is great as it is nice and quiet and away from the business of central Surfers but still close enough to walk comfortably to many attractions. The apartment was very clean and spacious with fabulous views to the ocean and river. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and facilities were also lovely. Overall a great time and I would definitely recommend Aristocrat Apartments.

Lovely Older style 2 brm apartment, Beautiful Ocean Views .Big enough for a family. Could do with an upgrade though perfect for a week or weekend. Tram is outside to go to Broadbeach or Surfers or just walk which is around 4 blocks. Perfect for a relaxing weekend.
